Hummus
Ingredients:
2 x 300g cans chickpeas, rinsed, drained
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, quartered
¼ cup water
½ cup olive oil
Cooks Tools:
Measuring spoons/cups
Blender
Chopping board
Knife
Step 1: Blend or process chickpeas with tahini, juice, garlic and water until almost smooth.
Step 2: With motor operating, gradually add oil in a thin, steady stream until mixture forms a smooth paste.
