Ingredients:
150g butter, chopped coarsely
300g dark eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
1½ cups firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs
¾ cups ground hazelnuts
½ cup buckwheat flour
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup cocoa powder

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease 19cm x 29cm slice pan; line base with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over long sides.
Step 2: Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat. Add sugar; cook, stirring, 2 minutes/. Cool mixture 10 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in eggs, then ground nuts, flour, sour cream and 2 tablespoons of the sifted cocoa. Spread mixture into pan.
Step 4: Bake brownies about 45 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting into squares. Dust with remaining sifted cocoa to serve.
