Ingredients:
115g caster sugar
2 eggs
115g self-raising flour
115g softened butter
Cooks Tools:
Knife
Mixing bowl
Small bowl
Paper cake cases and sweet cake cases
Wooden spoon
Big spoon
Teaspoon
Fork
Wire rack
Step 1: Set oven to 190° (Gas mark 5). Put paper cases in one tin and sweet cases in the other.
Step 2: Put the butter in the mixing bowl with the sugar. Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy.
Step 3: Beat the eggs in a bowl with the fork. Add them to the butter mixture a little at a time using the wooden spoon.
Step 4: Add the flour to the mixture a little at a time and fold it in gently.
Step 5: Spoon the cake mixture into the paper cases. Bake the tiny cakes for 10 minutes and the larger ones for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6: The cakes are done when they are firm and golden brown. Take them out of the bun tins and move them to a wire rack to cool.
