Soul Archer's POV

I looked at my calendar again. How could I have let this happen?

Tonight, Y/N was supposed to sleep over at my house. I, being the idiot I am, had completely forgot that tonight was a full moon.

And do you know what that means?

It means she may not make it out of this alive.

I heard a knock at my door. I answered, and there she was.

"Hello, Y/N."

"Are you okay?"

"Y-yes."

She seemed to buy it, but I know her. I knew she was skeptical.

-Later-

I bit my lip as the moon's light shone partially from behind a cloud that was already revealing the bright globe in the sky.

"Y/N... I have to tell you something."

Maybe I can fight it off...

"What is it?"

"I-I have a condition... Whenever the full moon appears, I... Well, I-I..."

Y/N seemed worried. I was, too. "What's your condition...?"

"I-I am... I am a werewolf."

That's when the full moon shone brightly, with not a single object obscuring its light.

I felt my fangs begin to grow a bit longer, my eyes shifted from turquoise circles to blood red with slitted pupils. My gray fur pricked its way through my skin, and my ears and tail sprung out.

"Run, Y/N..."

Second Person POV

You grabbed onto Soul Archer's shoulders like a freaking idiot. You stared into his eyes. He reaches up and clawed at you, but you skillfully avoided the blow. You remembered something he had told you a while ago that now made sense:

"If you learn of my second self, sing."

Now it made sense. It was completely out of context when he had told you, but now you knew what he meant.

"Soul Archer..."

You didn't break away from his gaze.

"I would die for you,
Cross the sky for you,
I will send out a light burning for you alone...
You're all I need,
You set me free,
And this fire will guide you home..."

His pupils returned to normal and you quickly pushed him out of the moon's light.

"Y/N... Did I hurt you?"

"Almost, but no."

"Thank heavens."

"You scared me, though."

"I knew I would... I'm sorry..."

"It's not your fault. Besides, being a werewolf is kinda cool, as long as you're not trying to kill me."

"I'll try not to. By the way, you have an amazing singing voice."

"Thanks."
