Don't Cry | Morro X Depressed!Reader

I mainly write these to make myself feel better.

You held onto Morro, crying so hard you forgot about everything in the world except for him.

"W-why does everyone hate me?!"

"Shh... It's okay, baby... I've got you... Nobody hates you..."

You continued to sob as Morro comforted you. You reminded him of himself when he was denied a chance at being the special Green Ninja; he felt broken, hated, unloved...

And he refused to let you go through the pain he had felt.

"Y/N, you're perfect. If anyone fails to see that, well, they're blind. I love you. I love you more than anything else in this entire world. More than the universe."

He then pressed his soft lips to yours, easing you. You pulled back and rested your head on his chest. Morro held you close to him, and quietly began to hum a peaceful tune. You never wanted to let go.

"I love you, Y/N."

Hearing those words meant so much to you.

"I love you too, Morro."
