Rowan's POV

It's 5 in the morning and the sun isn't out yet.

The glow of the gloomy sky shun through the silk curtains.

Abdiel went to sleep an hour ago since I'm 8 hours ahead.

"Why haven't you gone to sleep?" Calum asked turning to me from his bed.

"How long have you been awake?" I questioned still staring at the ceiling.

"This whole time." He laughed stretching his arms out.

"What do we have planned today?" I asked sleepily.

"Nothing really. Just sound check at 4:30 and the show at 7." He said blankly.

I hummed in response.

"I'm gonna sleep till then." I said before I laid on the right side of the bed.

"Alright."

-

"Happy Birthday Rowan!" Family shouted.

"Thank you?"

"So what do you wish for?" Mom asked.

"For someone that actually loves me."

"We love you." Dad said coming closer to me.

I backed away from him.

"Stand back, all of you. Don't come any closer." I said putting my hands out to stop them from coming any closer.

"Rowan." Mom hissed.

She walked up to sending me to back up.

I backed up and hit a wall.

I looked down and the floor was cracking.

My general instinct is to move, but I couldn't.

"Help! I'm going to fall to who knows where!" I shouted.

"I don't know, do you love us enough?" Mom asked.

I fell through the floor and was falling from the sky.

The cold wind was hitting my body harshly.

I jolted up and screamed.

"What's wrong?" Calum asked as he was new to me.

"I had a dream that I fell through the floor and was falling from the sky- why are you in my bed?" I questioned.

"It was cold."

"It's not cold in here, it's pretty warm." I said getting out of the hotel bed.

"Well it was at the time." He said sitting up dangling his legs off of the bed.

-

"Come on! We'll only be there for a few hours and then we can leave." Calum begged.

"No! I choose not to go to a bar. Plus, I don't even have an ID." I said flailing my arms.

"Ashton knows the manager. Now come on." Calum said.

"No." I hissed walking into the bathroom.

I turned on the water and put my hands under the cool running water.

"Rowan."Calum groaned leaning on the door frame.

I turned off the water and clung my hands to a white towel.

"Pl-"

"Fuck! Fine! I'll go to the stupid thing." I snapped making him flinch hitting his head on the door.
