Before Camille had time to come to terms with everything Rapheal had her by the neck, he untied Lauren and she stood behind him, "I hope your not here to start causing trouble, Camille" he said. But Camille didn't answer because she saw the hundreds of vampires behind him, waiting for his command to end her. She shoved Rapheal away and sped out of the hotel, mentally cursing herself for trusting a Shadowhunter. Lauren was just on the very comfortable sofa next to Rapheal falling asleep when she felt her neck start to burn. The pain got so excruciating that she started to scream.

Rapheal jumped up and tried to help her, he saw that it was her Parabati tune that was burning her skin. He immediately scooped her up bridal style and sped towards the institute. When they got there it was raining. Rapheal placed Lauren down so she was standing next to him, leaning on his chest for support and knocked on the door. Magnus answered, he took one look at the two, drenched in rain and sweat and said, "Well isn't this a sight"

"This is no time for jokes Magnus" Rapheal said, Lauren screamed again as her rune burned more, "We need help" Rapheal finished before trying to comfort Lauren by bringing her closer to him and stroking her hair. Rapheal carried Lauren into her room and placed her on the bed. He then grabbed a wet cloth and placed it on her head. He turned back to Magnus, who was now joined with Jace, Clary, Izzy, Alec and a very angry Max and Jonathan. "I think you better tell us what happened" Said Alec, crossing his arms.
