Piper's POV:

We had been walking for what seemed like hours. I started to question whether or not Milly knew where she was going.

"Milly, are you sure we aren't lost? I have a feeling we're just going in circles." I asked the bat.

"Yeah! My feet are killing me!" Micha whined. I stopped.

"Do you want me to carry you?" I sighed.

"Maybe." She gave me her puppy dog eyes and then, without me answering, turned into her wolf form. I shook my head and picked her up.

"Woah. I knew she was a hybrid but I didn't know she could that." Nixie ruffled Micha's neck.

"SEE! I TOLD YOU. SHE IS A DOG!" Remeer shouted. Sav glared daggers at him.

"Meep." He squeaked and hid behind me. It didn't do him any good though because he was TALLER than me. "Piper please help me, my head can't take anymore smacks." 

"You're on your own buddy." I whispered in his ear and pat his back before stepping aside. Savannah got closer to Remeer but we were interrupted by what sounded like footsteps. Micha's ears twitched and she shot up.

"They're coming after us" She said, dead serious.

"What? Oh nononononononononononononothisisbadthisbadthisisreallyreallybad" Milly mumbled and flew away.

"Wha? Hey! MILLY!" I tried to chase after but it was to late. "Aaand she's gone. She panicked." I groaned. 

"Perfect so what do we do now?" Nixie was frustrated.

"Looks like someone needs a ride." I heard a voice say from behind me. I spun around and saw 5 spiders.

"Anika?" I gasped. There was Anika and AJ who were Drake's sisters and then Marty's brother Lukas. I hadn't seen them in years but we always hung out when we were younger. Sadly, once again, the sound of even louder footsteps ruined the moment. Micha transformed back into a person and got on their backs, along with me, immediately. But the others seemed hesitant.

"We are going to ride spiders?" Remeer stared, dumbfounded.

"Is that a problem?" AJ snarked.

"AWESOME!" Nixie exclaimed and jumped on AJ.

"I like this kid." She smirked. After a bit of persuasion Savannah got on Anika and Remeer got on Lukas. I held on tight and grinned.

"On your marks, get set, GO!"

We made it to a clearing and I tied for fist with Nixie. She was the only one who was able to keep up with me during the little race we had.

"Not bad for a first time spider-rider." I said while getting off Drake.

"That means a lot coming from you," Nixie smirked. " You gotta teach me those tricks sometime." Once all the others came, we said bye and thanked the spiders, then set up camp in the clearing. They were a few tree stumps and logs in the middle of it. Perfect place to make a campfire. After it got dark everyone sat around the fire and roasted the marshmallows that Sav had brought. Well, everyone except me. I didn't like them roasted so I just ate them straight out of the bag. I was staring up at the sky, gazing at the beautiful stars, when Nixie tapped my arm. "Look." She whispered and pointed at Remeer, who had fallen asleep on Sav's shoulder. She was blushing like crazy. I snickered quietly at whispered back in Nixie's ear.
