The Movie You Catch Him Crying On

Preference: The movie you catch him crying on.

Michael:

Homeward Bound.

Michael decided to invite you over for your weekly movie night. Usually the two of you agree on a comedy movie but Michael wanted to change it up a bit.

"I haven't seen it in a while," Michael explained while pressing play on the movie.

Since you have seen it one too many times, you were sneaking glances at Michael throughout the entire movie. It wasn't until towards the end that you really started to watch him.

"Shadow!" You heard Peter yell in the movie. You quickly looked over to see a single tear running down your boyfriend's cheek. You giggled to yourself.

"Are you crying?" You tried to ask without laughing but failing miserably.

"Fuck off," Michael glared at you while wiping his tear away.

Calum:

Forrest Gump

Your band had been on tour with 5SOS for a few weeks now before you all finally had a day off. Everybody wanted to go out and have some fun but you and Calum just weren't up for it. So the two of you had the hotel room to yourselves for a few hours.

"Want to watch a movie?" Calum asked, not really knowing what to do.

"Sure," you shrugged your shoulders. The two of you were scrolling through Netflix before agreeing on Forrest Gump.

You didn't realize you had fallen asleep until you woke up to the sounds of sniffling. You looked over at Calum and seeing the tears run down his face, "That movie just hits me everytime."

Luke:

Bambi

The guys were over and was quickly running out of things to do. Luke suggested on watching a movie until they could think of something better to do. Michael was picking out a movie and wouldn't tell none of you what it was until the menu popped up. Ashton and Calum groaned while you smiled. Luke looked confused, "I've never seen it."

Michael pressed play on the movie and not even ten minutes into the movie, all of you heard quiet sobs coming from close by.

Everybody turned their heads towards Luke, who still had his eyes fixed on the screen. He silently whispered, "What a fucking asshole," while holding a pillow close to him.

Ashton:

Titanic

"I'm not in the mood to watch Titanic. My boyfriend just dumped me not even thirty minutes ago. A romantic movie is the last thing I want to watch," you tell Ashton, your best friend since practically birth.

"You have always told me that when you're sad to have me force you to watch Titanic so that you can feel better that your life doesn't suck that bad." Ashton was waiting to press play but also waiting for you to shut up.

You sighed, "Sometimes I wish you didn't have a good memory."

He smiled at you before pressing play and cuddling up against you. At the part where Rose is trying to wake up Jack, you felt water hit your shoulders. You looked over at Ashton to find his face completely wet with tears, "Are you okay?"

"I hate this damn movie." Ashton let out a little laugh before you wiped his tears away. You hated to see him cry, even if it was on a movie like Titanic.

"This should definitely be the other way around," you said kissing his cheek.

So it's 3 A.M. and I have to be up and at work by 6:30. Oh well.

I might try and do a question at the end of every preference or imagine. Starting now.

Q: What movie has made you cry?

A lot of movies have made me cry. King Kong being the strangest one.
