Sorry for the wait, I was sick for like a week and when I'm sick...I think I'm dying.

This is an imagine requested by SharGryffindor. I hope you don't mind that I made them like the vampires from The Vampire Diaries.

"Come on, Ashton. Tell me why you guys cancelled?" I stood on my top toes to peak into their house from the front doorway. "Do you have strippers in there that you don't want me to see?"

Ashton raised an eyebrow and said, "I don't like to objectify women like that," he sighed, "look, just know that it was a good reason. We wouldn't cancel on you just because."

I opened my mouth to say something but Luke came down the stairs and into view, giving me a quick half-hearted smile before turning to Ashton and whispering something in his ear. Luckily, I heard the words 'Michael' and 'weak'.

"Is Michael sick?" I asked. Luke was stumbling on his words before pausing for a few seconds, glancing at Ashton for help. "Yes, something like that."

I wasn't going to interrogate their strange and obvious behavior. I knew they were hiding something from me. Instead, I peeked up and smiled, "Let me help! I grew up helping my parents care for children who were sick." Before they could object, I pushed my way through the both of them and made my way towards Michael's room. I opened his door and Calum jumped in front of me and asked, "Why did you let her in?" I heard Ashton and Luke behind me, "She pushed through us!"

I got a look at Michael and my heart sunk at the sight. He was sweaty and his eyes looked tired and weak. "It's not good for you to be here," Calum said, getting in the way of my view of Michael. I looked up at him and frowned, "And why not? Why do all of you not want me around all of a sudden? Michael is sick. Let me help him."

There was silence in the room. A weak sounding Michael whispered just loud enough for me to hear, "I'm not the kind of sick you're thinking, love."

"What do you mean? You look dehydrated and you need water." I laughed at his comment.

Not the kind of sick you're thinking, I thought to myself, what is he talking about?

When nobody spoke up, I looked at Luke, "What does he mean by that?" Luke was easy to break and always had been. When I needed information that the other boys were hiding, I would manage to get it out of him. Luke just looked down at his feet as did the rest of them. Michael now had his back facing me and viciously shouted, "Please leave!"

I grew angry, "No! Not until one of you tell me what the hell is going on. You all act like you're hiding something from me. What's so bad that you can't tell me. Of all people, you can't tell me. I tell all of you everything."

Michael was begging for me to leave and finally I just left. I slammed his bedroom door shut, purposely being a drama queen just to show them how truly mad I was, and stomped my way to the front door to leave. Calum appeared in front of me, scaring me, "We need to talk."

I stuttered on my words, "H-how...you were...j-just up in t-the b-bedroom." I was trying to catch my breath and wrap my head around what I just experienced. There was no way that Calum could just appear in front of me when he was just in the bedroom two seconds ago. He grabbed my hand and led me back upstairs and into the living room where the other two were standing. "You might want to sit down for this," Ashton suggested.

I slowly sat down, not taking my eyes off of them for even a split second. I asked, "Do you all have super powers? Like...like Superman?"

Ashton let out a loud laugh before Calum and Luke glared at him. He cleared his throat, apologized, and was serious again. I just cocked my eyebrow in confusion. I was being serious. This isn't a laughing matter. My best friend could be dying down the hall and they're not taking me serious.
