Making the taxi driver drop me off somewhere, I walked and walked until I can't feel my feet anymore.

This isn't the first big argument I had with Jiyong, so I don't know why this gets into my nerves this much. Also, this is not the first time he accuses Youngbae of having a secret relationship with me. So why am I reacting like this?

Is it because of how he talked to me earlier or is it because I still can't erase the events I've seen last night that makes me recall the time when Dara warned me about this?

"Urgh!!!" I shouted in the open while ruffling my hair.

"What is a beautiful lady doing and shouting in a public place alone?" A male voice suddenly can be heard behind me.

I turned around to see who that bastard tried to get nosy with me.

But instead of being annoyed, my frown turned upside down when I saw who the person is.

"Hi there. Long time no see." He waved and gave me the smile I always like.

I don't know what came into me that I ran towards him and hugged him tightly. I think I just need some comfort right now.

"There, there. I see you're having a hard time right now, haven't you?" I nodded.

"Okay. Want to talk about it?" I nodded again.

"Alright. Let's find a good place first. I'm starving." I slowly untangled myself from him and together, hand in hand, we went somewhere to settle down for awhile.

Right after we decided where to eat, he ordered for us and then everything went silent.

"So.... What are you doing here? Of offense meant, I just want to know why."

He chuckled. "I know what you mean, Chae, no need to explain. Well.. If you're really wondering why I'm here.. uhhm.. Mr. Choi sent me to do some work at our main office."

"You mean your main office." I corrected him.

"Huh? Aren't you working there too?"

"Nah. Not anymore."

"Why?"

"Not such a big deal, anyway, but I still don't want to talk about it."

"Okay..." He agreed. "So... Mind telling me now why I've witnessed that scene earlier? Why shouting?"

"Uhm.. Until when are you going to stay here in Seoul?" Changing the topic.

He smirked. "Dodging my question, I see. Okay, fine, if you don't want to answer, I understand." His statement got cut off when our orders arrived. "But if you're really anxious of my duration here in Seoul, well... I can't answer you with assurance because even I don't know. I have to finish my job here before I can come back in France." He answered while slicing his steak.

"Ah."

"So... Where's your boyfriend? Or if I think he is."

"Uhhmm..."

Thanks for making me remember him.

"Oh.. So he's the reason for this, isn't he?" Raising an eyebrow at me after seeing my sudden change of expression. "Alright, alright... I won't mention anything or anyone that has a connection with him, just to make you feel at ease in some way."

I nodded. "Thank you. I appreciate it."

"No prob. Since, you're feeling down and I have a few days rest before starting working, I'll spend those days with you. How's that sounds, huh?"
