CHAPTER 4 - RAISE YOUR FLAGS

Morning came and Mr. Park called us all.

"Gather up, everyone! I prepared something fun for us. We're gonna play some games! Woohoo~" Mr. Park cheered.

"The rule is simple. The group who has the most number of flags collected within half an hour wins. But it won't be easy, I tell you coz we hid those flags very well so you better keep your eyes wander around. You're roommates will be your teammates, by the way. Prize will be delicious meals of your choice, all paid by me."

He gave each group a map. "I think everyone's set. Let's get started."

"Junbi~ (Ready~)"

"Sijak! (Start!)"

Everyone started running. I don't even get why. The goal isn't who finishes the race first but who has most flags but I guess if you're fast you'll get more flags.

Dara unni being energetic as she always are, runs with the others, leaving me, Youngbae and her boyfriend behind. Soon after, Jiyong fasten his pace to match with unni's.

"Hey, aren't we going to chase after them? They're kinda far now."

"Nah. I think it's better if we walked and just focus on finding any flags." I answered.

"You just don't want to sweat." He retorted.

"You know me too much, huh?"

"Ok, time's up. Line up according to your team and we'll count the flags you collected."

Minji's team was up first. I didn't know she's roommates with Taehyun.

"Hmmm... fair enough. You have five flags in all. Okay, next."

Jinwoo's team counted their flags. "We have four flags sajangnim." He reported sadly.

Mr. Park chuckled. "Gwaenchana, Jinwoo-ya."

Then, other groups followed. We were the last group to present. Jiyong counted the flags for us.

"Nine flags in all, sajangnim."

"Wow~ you really did this seriously, huh? I guess you really want to eat something delicious today."

He chuckled softly and bowed down shyly.

"Chaerin found most the flags, sajangnim." Dara unni butted in.

"Jinjja?" He looked at me. I nodded at him.

"Incredible job, Ms. Lee."

"Kamsahamnida." I bowed down.

"Well then, let's get your prize right now. It's almost lunchtime."

We all followed him except for the teams who lost.

He leads us to a fancy restaurant near our rest house.

"A promise is a promise. Go and order anything you want. Call my attention when you're done. I'll be on the other table, catching up with my old pal over there." He stood up and went to the other table.

We didn't waste any time and picked whatever pleases our eyes. I never imagined Dara eat a lot because she looks so skinny but what she ordered surprised me. I'm like, 'Where will all those foods go?'
