Chapter 36- Family👨‍👨‍👦‍👦

Elijah and Rebekah walked into the Mickaelson house warily, they were unsure what they'd find within, they gave a slight sigh of relief and gleeful grin when they found Niklaus sat upon one of the plush couches, his feet up and his legs laying across it, slightly bent at the knee, Bella sat on the other end, facing him, her legs resting beside his, perfectly straight. They were both focused on their task. Both of them were drawing sketches of one another, in hard back Sketchbook.

"Hello you two" Elijah smiled, entering the room, Rebekah was still in the entrance hall, removing her coat and scarf. Isabella's eyes snapped up when she heard them; a grin spread over her features and she jumped into her older 'brothers' arms, he caught her and spun her. Niklaus did not feel jealousy, he knew of their sibling bond and found it fascinating.

"'Lijah" she grinned, it was the first time she'd seen him in a while, she had missed him. Rebekah then entered and Klaus stood, walking towards her and wrapping his arm around her, she smiled up at him, glad to have her big brother back, he was acting how he'd acted when they were human.

"You okay little sister?" The hybrid questioned and she nodded with tears in her eyes, he grinned and hugged her tightly. Elijah smiled and then hugged Niklaus. They were all smiling largely. Unfortunately their happiness wavered as a new arrival entered the room.

"Hi!" The hyper perky pregnant wolf enthused. Rebekah rolled her eyes in annoyance and collapsed backwards into an armchair, swinging her legs over the side and staring at the she -Wolf.

"This should be entertaining" the noble original stated and sat on a couch, crossing his legs elegantly. Klaus chuckled at his brother and sat on the couch once again, placing both closed Sketchbooks onto the coffee table in front of them. Bella stayed standing. Not knowing were to sit. Klaus smiled warmly at her and opened his arms so she could sit in his lap, Isabella quickly complied.

'' what can we do for you Hayley?" Elijah questioned, trying to keep the situation calm.

"You have all been ignoring me" she stated bluntly and the female original rolled her eyes muttering a quiet 'i wonder why' which was thankfully only heard by the vampires in the room. Elijah coughed to stem his bubbling laughter. Bella buried her face into Klaus's chest to stop from giggling and the hybrid took a large swig of his scotch, choking slightly in the process out of laughter.

"Yes it does seem that way" Elijah muttered, loud enough for Hayley to hear, she looked hysterical, enraged.

"I am part of your family" she yelled making them all stare at her, frowns etched on their faces and Bella looked cutely confused.

"No you are not" the hybrid answered bluntly and she stomped her foot like a child.

"I am" she rose her voice.

"How?" The blonde girl questioned whilst glaring.

"Nikky loves me meaning I'm in the family" at that statement Bella's stomach dropped, hoping beyond hope that it was untrue, she stood quickly and grabbed a bottle of bourbon, not bothering to get a glass, drinking straight from the bottle.

"You think i love you?" He questioned, his voice lined with seriousness, Hayley grinned and nodded, rubbing her swollen stomach.

"Well. I don't" he stated, glaring at her ans standing, waltzing towards his real love and removing the bottle from her hands gently, stroking her cheek and pecking her on the lips, Bella sighed in relief and hugged him tightly.

'' leave us Hayley, we have nothing else to discuss" Elijah stated venomously, angered that someone had upset his unbiological sister.

"Fine! But you'll soon be begging for my company" she sneered and left, raging. Niklaus sighed in annoyance and held Bella tightly into his chest, he smiled at his siblings, an idea forming in his head.

"Let's go for a walk" he stated....
