Chapter 193- Berry🍓

The second Bella finished the familiar tune, they all clapped and cheered and she just stared at them, completely and utterly perplexed. They were all beaming and she just turned in the chair and stared at them, scoffing before standing and exiting the room.

"We failed! I can't believe we failed!" Caroline hollered as they all crammed their faces together so that they could all fit on the webcam, on the opposite side of the conversation, the laptop was placed onto he coffee table; Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Katherine on the sofa behind it.

"Wait, failed at what?" Katherine asked and they all began talking at once whilst Nadia slammed her tiny fingers onto the keys of the piano making one hell of a racket.

"Oi, one at a time!" Elijah interfered and they all cut off. "Dorian, go"

"Basically Hobbit has been slouching around the place all week, we brought her a load of shit for the infant dragons in her oven but she didn't even smile, then she had a breakdown and threw some diapers around the place before declaring that she was practically disowning baby Gilbert and the freak show with the hair" he gestured to Henrik.

"Right, i didn't catch any of that" Klaus informed and they all groaned.

"Seriously dude?" Damon scoffed as he entered

"-hi Damon!-"

"the guy means Bella misses you, they bought her some baby crap and she threw it around, then she decided that Henrik and Jeremy weren't her sons anymore"

"Why did she disown you?"

"It was a mutual agreement, you can't have a mum who's the same age as you so we all decided that we were more like friends"

"Right, we have to go down there" Klaus demanded, slamming his glass down, did he only ever have drinks to slam them on random surfaces? Seems like it.

"Good, please do, then you can sort out the horses, they're seriously pissing me off" Caroline informed.

"Horses?"

"Yes did you never see this place? You made us move to a farm!"

"Well i never actually saw it, i just got a person to find the most expensive property in that area" the hybrid shrugged, now drinking his drink again. He seriously needed to decide whether he wanted that bourbon or not.

"Anyway, things here have settled a little, not as many deaths, we can come for the weekend i guess?" Rebekah suggested and they all nodded and grinned excitably in agreement.

"Let's do it"

Bella was sat on the grass at the Lakeside with Dorian and Nadia admiring the water lapping the ground when they heard car tires, now this was an extravagant event for them as they hadn't had visitors in two weeks and nobody had left to go anywhere.

"Stay here Bella, just in case" Dorian ordered, pushing her gently toward the house, she glanced up at him before sighing and walking back into the house with the baby on her hip.

Dorian marched across the field to the car which had just pulled up and opened the door abruptly with a glare, prepared for danger only to find Stefan, and Damon in the front seats. He glanced back and saw Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Katherine.

"For God sakes! Announce yourselves next time, the only visitor we get here is the old lady from the flee market and she rides a bicycle." Dorian ranted and turned back to the house, ushering to Bella who stood in the doorway.

Before Bella could take a step, Jeremy and Henrik were hurtling down the stairs and across the grass, Caroline quickly overtook them with her enhanced speed while Bella walked across the soft ground slowly with Davina at her side.

"Make up your mind D- bag" Bella grumbled and slapped his chest playfully, he pulled a face which she returned mockingly.

"Give me the baby , Hobbit" he gestured and she handed Nadia over without complaint, though the baby wasn't so happy to leave Bella's warm arms for the awkward cradle of Dorians.

"Oi, dumb and dumber are you actually going to see who it is?" Davina asked Jeremy and Henrik, she was still undecided which was which.

"Oh yeah" he fully opened the back door and Bella squealed, everyone chuckled as Klaus stepped out and she threw herself at him, he caught her and lifted her up, swinging them around as everyone else had similar greetings.

"I missed you" she repeated at least ten times in his ear as she cried, they'd only been apart for two weeks but it felt like forever. He twisted his hand in her hair as he kissed her passionately, his free hand on the side of her stomach, harsh kicks slamming into his palm but despite a small flinch each time, she seemed fine.

"I missed you more" he promised and it was very true, every time he woke without her by his side he died a little bit. Now, having her in his arms again, being together, his heart was complete.

"Come on!" Jeremy rushed out and gestured all the newbies to follow, they all ran into the house and down the hallway in a random rush, eventually slowing to a more relaxed pace.

"This place is awesome" Damon exclaimed as they entered the lounge, Bella leant over and moved her iPad so that it was no longer on the chaise but on the shinning coffee table.

"Berry berry" Nadia demanded and everyone turned to her, Bella crouched to her level slowly and the toddler ran to her, touching her belly before babbling the words again.

"Henrik?" Bella asked and the boy nodded, lifting the baby girl from under the arms and  placing her on his shoulders, walking from the room with Jeremy in tow.

"What's berry?" Elijah asked as he watched his daughter leave.

"The horse. It's actually called pepper but Nadia wouldn't have it" Caroline informed them as she moved to the television, reaching to the left of it and retrieving her note pad.

"So how long are you all staying?" Dorian queried.
