chapter 112 -Race🚗

Henrik fell asleep and his head rested on Bellas shoulder who rested her head on Niks shoulder though she was awake.

"We've got to go now" Niklaus informed after checking his phone. The gentlemen either awoke their partners or lifted them up. Bella stood and took her suitcase in one hand, Nik picked up his suitcase. Everyone was taking their cases but leaving the tents for the hybrids to collect.

"Pass me your case darling" Klaus persuaded and she did so, Bella walked over to Henrik and lifted him up, placing one of his arms around her shoulders, everyone was awake now and carrying their cases. Nadia slept in Her pram and Bella used her free hand to hold one side of the pram whilst Katherine held the other.

Still holding Henrik, Bella zoomed through the night beside Katherine and the Pram, everyone else following behind. They soon arrived and Bella released the pushchair, walking over to her car, still holding Henrik and opening the backdoor for him to get in.

"Are you driving or me?" Bella asked her fiance as he walked over, he put the cases in the boot and directed to her, saying that he wanted her to drive and she didn't complain.

"Are you sure you ate okay honey?" She asked her partner as they entered and he smiled, he was okay now, she started the car and Nik began talking softly to Henrik about new Orleans, Bella drove over to the entrance and stopped; waiting for Charlie who quickly joined them. The old man slid into the back seat beside Henrik.

"Drive B" Charlie instructed and she did so, they needed to get home before the morning, witches and vampires alike were waging war and they were needed in the abbatoir. Bella broke the speed limit shortly after, assuming the others were close behind.

"The witches allied some rogue vampires and werewolves, they want to rule the city and they re waging war over us, as the leaders we are going to be attacked, when we get to the Abbatoir, Marcel will get you two somewhere safe" Niklaus explained to the two in the back, he knew Bella would fight no matter what he said.

"So we're just going to sit whilst you all fight?!" Charlie was outraged, he didn't want his daughter getting hurt but he knew she was stronger than him by miles.

"Its better that way dad" Bella chimed in and no one spoke for a long while, Nik, Henrik and Charlie soon fell asleep as Bella reached the town border, she quickly called Elijah on loud speaker.

"Where are you?"

"We're about an hour behind, everyone took different routes as a safety precaution" Elijah responded and Bella sighed, she was alone in this.

"I'm going in" she shuddered and she heard Elijah gasp gently.

"Be careful sweety" Katherine called and Bella promised she would.

"I'll see you later" she assured and drove full speed into town, a few second later she heard wind whip passed and knew there was vampires outside. She went quicker, hyperventilating slightly, she urged the car to go faster but it wouldn't do so.

"Marcel?!" She yelled as she somehow managed to dial his number.

"Izzy? You okay?" He was worried, she sounded hysterical.

"I'm being chased" she whimpered and she heard him ordering some vampires out.

"Its okay, how far away are you?"

"I'm on the corner. Open the garage" she demanded and saw the garage door open a few feet away so she zoomed straight in. She was shocked that the others had managed to sleep through that.

"B!" Marcel yelled and her door opened, she tumbled into his arms and sobbed, she thought Charlie and Henrik were going to die again and it'd be her fault. Marcel held her as she cried, she was like a sister to him, fellow ruler of the quarter.

"I got you" he promised and saw as Klaus woke up, looking up quickly and seeing Bella crying in Marcels arms. He wasted no time in taking her in his hold, as confused as he was, some hybrids joined them and unloaded the car hastily.

"What happened?"

"You were tailed, chased more like and Bells freaked" Marcel informed and looked at Henrik and Charlie in confusion but said nothing about it as another car pulled up.

"Bella" Katherine called as she exited the car, embracing her oldest daughter and kissing her cheek, followed by Elijah who held Nadia. Another car pulled up shortly after and the Salvatore brothers along with their girlfriends arrived.

"Rebekah" Elijah embraced her followed by Nik and Henrik who'd just awoken.

"Stef" Bella hugged her brother and then Damon, everyone was happy to see each other returned in one piece.

"Let's go set up your stuff" Marcel suggested and everyone entered the courtyard...
