"Eat your food Jeremy" Katherine sighed and he frowned at her deeply, she flashed him a grin and continued to feed Nadia.

"You're not my mother"

"No, but Bella is and she put Katherine in charge remember?" Jenna chipped as she joined the table. Jeremy ate his food grumpily and Bella soon returned with Henrik and Klaus, all carrying slushy ice drinks.

"Here you go Bud" Klaus gave Jeremy a blue one and the boy gulped it down eagerly.

"Don't drink that fast  Jeremy, you'll get a-"

"Brainfreeze!" He cut Bella off and grabbed his head, making Bella roll her violet eyes. Klaus chuckled and sat beside Bella, ripping the top of the paper off of his straw and blowing through it, making the paper covering fly at her. Bella laughed and he smiled.

"Right, I'll go pay, you lot all go back to the cars, it's about time we get back" Elijah sighs and Bella stands also, following him to the till where they both paid for everyone's food.

"I'm proud of you Bella" Elijah smiled and she frowned up at him.

"Why?"

"Because you've had a lot of bad things happen to you recently and you can still stay strong"

"I'm not the only one who has suffered Elijah, Charlie was family to all of us. I already accepted his death once, it wasn't so hard to do it again, beside you originals have had far worse."

"But that was over a thousand Years and we deserved it"

"Nobody deserves pain like that Lijah, especially not you lot, you are all amazing and you deserve the best"

"They are both asleep" Bella laughed to Klaus as he pulled the car up into the drive. Both of them woke their children and entered with the other Mikaelson siblings and extended family. When inside the house, Caroline called out for Stefan but he didn't come.

"We've got a problem" Rose freaked out as she descended the stairs. It still shocked Bella how many people lived in the house, their were endless flows of people, too many to name.

"What's wrong Rose?"

"They are gone"

"Who?"

"Stefan, Damon and Enzo" Jasper answered, appearing behind them with a note in his hand. Bella took the note and felt more presence.

"They wouldn't just leave" Lavender contradicted (Matt's girlfriend) from where she stood beside her boyfriend ,arm in arm. The packs flocked in and the small gathering seemed to turn into a full army meeting.

"That'd what we thought" Jacob replied and Ariana walked to Bella, taking the note and reading it aloud.

"With everything that has occurred, the time has come for us to depart, the family has grown in numbers and our presence will not be missed. Damon, Stefan and Enzo"

"That's not right! He wouldn't leave me!" Rebekah yelled and snatched the note from Ariana, glaring at her. Ari stepped back into Jacobs chest and the wolf glared.

"That's what the paper says Barbie" he hissed and Bella signed, glancing up at Nik.

"Rebekah, I'm sure we will work it out, do not take it our on  Ariana" Elijah soothed and Rebekah turned her fave into his chest as he held her. Caroline stepped over to Bonnie and they clung to one another.

"We were looking it over B, the handwritings wrong" Marcel began, apparently he'd came from the Abbatoir when they'd been gone.

"And the scent is off" Sam answered as he stroked Emily's hair.

"So they didn't write it"

"I bet I know who did" Alaric sighed and they all agreed.

"Should we track them?" Bonnie asked as she held up one of Enzos shirts.

"Yeah, let's do it, Dorian, Davina let's do this" Bella ushered and they all crowded around Bonnie, gripping the grey fabric and chanting.

"They're at a warehouse" Dorian gasped and Davina began to shudder gently.

"Where?" Marcel asked and they chanted louder.

"What does that sign say?" Bella breathed out and they all clenched their fists.

"The docks!" Davina yelled and they all collapsed backwards onto the stone. Klaus pulled Bella to her feet and she lent her weight on him.

"So we go to the docks?" Elijah asked and they all nodded.

"Jeremy and Henrik, stay here with Nadia. Bella, Davina, Dorian and bonnie are too weak"

"I'll stay with them" Jenna responds and Emily decided to stay also, along with most of the other females as the males rushed out the door.

"Stay safe" Bella whispered and kissed her husband before sitting back onto the floor, watching him smile.

"Always do"

"Do you think they'll be able to save them?" Caroline asked nervously as she plaited Bella's hair, the distraction was welcomed to her, even if it meant that Bella had to suffer through having her hair gripped tightly.

"I'm positive they will" Lavender smiled as she bounced Nadia on her lap, the baby giggling.

"How are you so sure?"

"They're originals Care" Ariana reminded with a smile as she flickered through a glossy vogue magazine.

"Oh, by the way, the packs and the Cullen's are heading back to Forks when we finish here."

"What? Why?" Bonnie asks with a frown.

"Because that's our home B, and new Orleans is yours"

"I suppose but I would really like to return to mystic falls one day"

"I'm sure you will one day Bon" Lavender smiles.

"Jeremy, Henrik, come on it's your bedtime" Bella smiled and ushered them up the stairs. Henrik was 14 and Jeremy was technically 15. And it was one in the morning, also Bella needed a distraction.

"Where are your sheets?" She asked as they entered the room, their beds had been stripped and Bella rolled her eyes. Walking to the airing cupboard, she grabbed new sheets and gave hem to the boys.

"When do you think dad will be back?"

"I don't know Hen, probably soon though, he will be back by the time you wake up"

"Promise"

"...promise"

"You hesitated"

"I can't predict the future Henry"
