I fall to the ground and Tikki gasps. Plagg picks me up and carried me to the dinning hall. He sets me in a chair and a new chef runs in fast. "What will it be?" She asked. I smiled at how polite she is.

"Arm," Plagg snapped his fingers and my eyes widened. No. I did it with Adrien. No one else. My stomach churns and I wince. She rolls up her sleeve and gives it to him. He yanks it to me and she jerks forward. "Go on Mari." Now it's okay for me to do this?

"N-No," I shook my head. "I'm not, feeding." I panted and she gulped.

"You'll die, Marinette. It's just one bite." Tikki glared at me. They've never been so mean to me, and I've already broken this rule, why would I want to get in more trouble? I looked at the chef. She smiled at me.

"Y-You'll die P-Princess. I-I-I-I-I don't mind." she smiled and I sighed.

I took her arm in my hands and dug my fangs into her skin. She winced and I dug them in more, sucking in a lot of blood. I finished and pulled out, blood dripping down my chin. Tikki grabbed a napkin to stop the blood from hitting my dress and Plagg sent the chef with a maid to get bandaged. Tikki looked at Plagg. "Plagg, it's happening."

"W-What is, what's happening?" I sat up and they looked at me.

"Marinette, there's something your mother didn't tell you, before she died." I bit my lip, my fang seeping into it. I yelped and held my lip. Plagg sighed and bandaged it.

"We'll tell her later, I think Adrien will be a fine person to protect her," Plagg whispered in Tikkis ear and she nodded. They didn't know I heard it. They put on their masks. We walked into the ballroom and found all of the guys Lined on the side. Adrien was sitting in the corner on his phone. I giggled. "We have decided." Everyone stood up. I sheepishly smiled.

"We will have the Princess point them out. Whoever she points to will start today." I smile at them and they gently smile back. Plagg giving me a look to point out the right person. Did they forget they never told me? I stand still and look around. Everyone was looking cocky. I smile at most and they straighten up, an even cocker smile growing. I groan internally and spot Adrien. He's looking nervous in the corner.

{--Adrien--}

I had goosebumps all over my body. Marinette was turning in circles looking for one of us. I spot a guy on the other side of the room. She smiles at him and he smirks. He looks like he'd rape her. She whispers something to the King and Queen and they escort him out. Did he try to rape her? She looks around more then spots me. I smile and nervously wave. She waves for me to come over. I lift a brow. 'Come on' she mouths and I nervously walk out of my corner. I stand in front of the royals. I bit my lip.

The King grabs me by the shoulders and shows me off to the other people. "This will be the Princess' protector. You all may leave," they all grumpily leave, a few flipping me off. When they all leave the King and Queen look at me. I gulp. They take their masks off and I smile at Tikki and Plagg. "You're not allowed to tell anyone who we are you have to swear to protect the Princess, even if it costs you your life."

"I-I promise." I stutter. Marinette falls to the ground.
