(--Two Weeks Later--)
{--Marinette--}
Adrien holds my waist, his knuckles gently rubbing my arm as we lie on my bed. He gently kisses the back of my neck and I giggle. My speaking tutor comes every few days and because of her, and Adrien, I can speak normally now. "What do you want to do today?" He asks. I turn to face him and he gently kisses my forehead."Can we go make pancakes?" He laughs and nods. We get out of bed and walk to the kitchen. We find pancake mix and a pan. Adrien makes us pancakes with a little blood and we sit at the dinning table and eat. Adrien looks at me. "Yes, Adrien?"
"I still can't believe we're married, that's all," he shrugs, kisses my cheek and takes my empty plate and cleans them. He takes my hands and we walk hand and hand around the castle. He reach the door, that door. I squeeze Adriens hand and he looks at me. "Do you want to go inside? I think it would be good for you if you did." I shyly nod and I open the door. We walk in, him practically pushing me.
My eyes burn with tears. I can't stay in here much longer. My hand runs along her dresser, touching her cluttered jewelry and notes on her dresser. I walk to the desk, touching the crumbled pieces of paper and stacks of them. I walk to the bed and look at the neatly made bed. I bit my lip and Adrien rubs my shoulders. I turn into him and cry into his chest. I can't handle it in here. "Can we leave?"
"Of course," he takes me out of the room and closes the door. He helps me to our room and he lies me down on the bed. He lies down next to me, gently kissing the top of my head. He holds me to his chest and I cry into it. I miss them too much. "Do you miss them?" I nod against his chest.
"We were so close." I sniffle and look up at him. He wipes my tears away.
"I'm sure they would miss you if it was the other way around." He bites his lip.
"I can still remember their blood being splattered on me as the stakes went through their bodies." I hold my hand over my mouth as I cry and my voice goes high as I talk. My breathing quivers and Adrien holds me closer.
"Marinette," I look up at him and he gently kisses me. I kiss him back. "They would be proud of you. I know it." He kisses me again and I kiss him back.
{--Adrien--}
"Adrien," I hum and look at her. "I love you."
I blush and gently kiss her again. "I love you too." I let go of the kiss and hold her close. She soon falls asleep and I pull a blanket over her. My phone starts to ring and I walk out of the room and into the hall. I answer and hold my phone to my ear.
"Adrien it's Plagg."
"Hey Plagg. Why'd you call?" I ask and he clears his throat.
"T-Tikki told me to call you and ch-check up and honestly I'm very uncomfortable making this call." I can hear how uncomfortable he is.
"If your asking if me and Marinette have, you know, done it, yet, we haven't." He lets out a breathe of relief.
"You should have, done it, the night we left you two."
"We weren't, still aren't ready yet. We want to be ready, not forced."
I hear muffled yelling then a voice change. "Adrien," it's Tikki. "As much as I respect both of your choices on waiting, and as much as I am happy that you didn't have sex with my niece, I need you to understand that this is a royal law. Marinette needs to have sex with you in the next week." I hold my hand over my face and feel my cheeks. They're burning hot.
"O-Okay we'll do it!" I hang up and lean against the wall. I press a contact and hold my phone to my ear and tap my foot nervously. "Father, could you possibly come over to the castle? I need to ask you something."
"Ask over the phone, Adrien. I'm very-" if that's what he want.
"How do I have sex?" I don't know how else to phrase it.
"I'll be over in ten minutes." He hangs up and I turn off my phone.
