Leah's POV...

Two weeks later....

It's been a really whirlwind the past two weeks. Unfortunately Tyler is out for four weeks and will miss the begging of play offs. He's been pretty upset about it and is trying very thing in his power to get healthy again. Everyone keep warning him to not rush the process, he can easily cause more damage. Luckily he's in a boot now, which means he can walk and do other thing he normal does.

The first week he was stuck at home and I was able to stay with him to keep his company. The following week I was traveling with the team. He wasn't to trilled with me cause I wasn't putting his needs first. Which really annoyed the shit out of me. We really didn't talk that much, just a few texts telling me he was okay. I know a few friends stopped to keep him company. The Nugent family also paid a little visit to him as well.

I know he still talks to Chris and Brandon. But what pissed me off the most was that Ali was also with them. Ryan texted me when I was in St. Louis and told me that Ali was laying on Tyler's lap. She also told me that's she stayed over the night and posted a picture of them together. I believed my best friend but I needed physical proof. So Ryan gave me her Snapchat information and I looked at it myself. My heart stopped and angry took over.

That night I ripped Tyler a new one. He knew how I felt about her and he saw all the shit that she put us threw. We are both working on trusting each other again. But he fucking knows how much I physical hate her. He claimed that they were all just friends and nothing else happened. I knew that night that the relationship we once had was over. There was no going back.

My heart broke into a million pieces that night

My heart broke into a million pieces that night. I sat on the hotel bed and just cried myself to sleep. The next day was a brand new day and a brand new me. All the boys knew something was up but didn't say a thing. My attitude became more professional towards the team. I wasn't their best friend anymore, I was just a social Media PR.

Once we got back to Dallas, I went straight home. I ignored Tyler's messages and calls. It hurt to do that but I can't have him in my life right now. Work was a bit intense, mainly cause I was trying to dodge him. Luckily I was busy with meetings with publishing about my book.

The boys and I were busy promoting it and also busy with the play offs. Which leads me today, the last home game of the season. It was a Saturday night game against Nashville but everyone was all hands In for fan appreciation night. I was busy making sure that certain ticket holders were coming to game tonight. They were gonna go on the ice after the game and receive certain players jerseys literally off their backs. The book also came out yesterday and I have been to nervous to check the growth sales on it.

I was siting in the office, when their was a knock on the door.

"Come in!" I yelled.
