Dinah slightly shakes Vanessa to wake her up. "Hey, time to get up,"
"I don't want to," Vanessa says.
"I know, but if you get up that'd be greatly appreciated,"
"So would me being able to go back to sleep,"
That makes them all laugh, including Dinah. "Come on babe, just get up."
Vanessa groans. "Fine."
Normani's cold stare at Dinah was anything but subtle.
Vanessa gets up to go in her room in preparation for school.

When she goes in her bathroom to do her hair, Dinah walks to the door, laughing. "If looks could kill, I'd be dead with no trace of my ashes."
"Truly. We'd all know that Normani did it, but there would be no body." Vanessa chuckles.
Ally laughs also. "Your death was barely avoided, look at God,"
"Thanks God, you saved my life." Dinah laughs.
Lauren smirks as she walks by the bathroom. "I bet she wouldn't care if it was me that said that. But that's none of my business."
Normani pulls a face at Lauren. "You all up in the Kool-Aid and you don't even know the flavor,"
"I'm just going to act like I do and walk away," Lauren says, making them all laugh.
"Let's get this show on the road," Ally says, grabbing her keys as they walk out.
When Vanessa gets to school, she walks through many conversations about her, but pushes that to the side. Someone taps her on the shoulder as she gets to a table. "Yo?"
"Now I just got one question. Did you come to school high as fuck the other day or were you tired?"
"I mean....I got high at 4 in the morning and didn't go back to sleep." Vanessa chuckles, shrugging.
"She was hired. High and tired from fucking." Emma chuckles.
"Bitch, I saw you," Mariana says.
"Oh shit. What was I doing when you saw me?" Vanessa asks.
"You were honestly acting normal. I fell for Sammy saying you don't smoke," Mariana says.
"I never would smoke with her because she gets extremely reckless when she's high...like life-threatening reckless,"
"Fucking crazy yo,"
"Right," Emma says.

4th period comes quicker than Vanessa would've liked, and Sammy is once again on a rant with her friends.
