"Wake up, honey." Dan's voice woke me up the next morning. I squeezed my eyes shut even more, I didn't want to wake up. He shook me even more, trying to wake me.

"Come on, wake up." He begged, shaking me harder. I opened my eyes to show him I was awake, but he was shaking me from behind. I turned around and kissed him quickly.

"I'm... up." I said after pulling away. He pulled my head back in and we kissed again. We pulled away after a minute and I realized that I was only wearing my vest.

"Wait, don't look." I pulled the cover over my torso, blushing terribly.

"I'd already seen you, Phil." He chuckled, snuggling closer to me. I scooted away a bit.

"Well I'm sorry about that then." I mumbled. He pulled me back as I tried to get away.

"You're so cute, though." he whispered into my ear. I stopped fighting and groaned, giggling a little. He turned me around and looked at me silently. His eyes were full of love.

"You're perfect. Don't let anyone tell you different. Even yourself, okay?" Dan asked me, then kissed my forehead. Butterflies erupted in my stomach, like the first time I ever met him. The first time we kissed. When he asked me out. It was like it was still new, and I loved it.

"Why don't you believe that about yourself, then?" I asked him, snuggling closer to him. So close I was resting my forehead against his.

"Because its not true about me," He replied. "I'm so messed up."

"You're telling me?" I grumbled. "You're perfect to me then."

"I love you so much." He said after a minute of us staring at each others eyes.

"I love you more."

"Do you want to go finish the book?" I asked Dan after hanging up the phone. I had called my parents to tell them I would be spending the day (and maybe night) with Dan.

"Sounds good." He grinned in his smirky kind of fashion. We were in his room, watching miscellaneous TV shows.

"Can I wear one of your shirts?" I asked him, seeing him opening his dresser. He nodded, throwing me a plain black one. Perfect.

"Thanks." I said. Then I realized that he would have to see me shirtless if I wanted to change. I started to have a mental debate with myself, asking if I should just stop being a wuss and do it, or should I change in the bathroom.

"I'm going to change in the bathroom." I ended the debate. I was a wuss and I didn't care.

"No, stay here. I'm changing in front of you too." He pulled me back as I started to walk away.

"Fine." I pouted. I started to take off my shirt. I noticed he was staring at me, and I stopped halfway, only revealing half of my stomach.

"What are you staring at, then?" I asked, half annoyed, half embarrassed.

"You." He replied shortly. I groaned, but just lifted up the rest of my shirt quickly and pulled the shirt on.

He changed as well, as I watched him. I remember wishing I looked like him.

"That was weird." Dan said after we both had shirts on. I nodded, it was weird. I walked over slowly and put my hands around his waist like I loved to do.

"It was, but you're really hot." I bit my lip as we swayed, my hands in the back pockets of his jeans.

"As are you." He said, leaving his head down and kissing me. Ah, we were so cute.

We got off the subway together and hopped on the platform. The Starbucks was very close, so we walked there, hand in hand.

"My turn." I said, taking out my wallet. He just shook his head and pulled out his. I smacked his arm and he put it away. We always argued about that, the stupidest of things.

We bought the exact same coffees we did the week before, and went to the exact same book store. The exact same book.

We finished it together, sipping our coffees and turning the pages. It was perfect. Little did I know, it wouldn't be like that forever.
