I knocked on Dan's door, holding a little package. After a few seconds, he opened it and grinned at me. I knew he had been waiting for me, but had made it seem like he wasn't.
"Hey babe." I bit my lip and smiled at him. He grinned at me and gave me a hug. We did this every single time we met. I was already falling in love with him, and I wanted him to know. Without actually telling him.
I handed him the box I had. He looked at him and took it, smiling at me a little.
"Open it." I told him, seeing him stare at it for a little. He pulled me by the sleeve of my jacket.
"Come inside." Dan said, as if I had a choice. He pushed me down on the couch while I laughed. He sat down with me and started at the present again.
"Open it!" I repeated.
"Okay, okay!" He pushed me flirtatiously. I sat back up and attentively watched him open it.
"You know me too well." Dan smiled as he held up he TARDIS figurine and box of chocolates I had given him.
"I know." I grinned. He pulled my waist close to him and kissed me. I kissed back. We hadn't kissed in a few days, and it was a terrible drought. After we pulled away, Dan stared into my eyes for a minute.
"My present for you is upstairs, do you want to come see it?" He licked his lips a little. I nodded and he took my hand. He pulled me up the stairs.
I closed the door when we got into his room. We were both giggling, young and in love, not ready to admit it yet. I pushed him down on the bed and fell on top of him. We were both laughing so hard, and were giggling into each others necks.
"You're so cute when you giggle." He whispered into my ear, making me shake with more laughter; not because it was funny, just because the feeling was back. The feeling o puppy love.
"You're more cute." I whispered back. We wrestled around on his bed for a while, kissing and laughing. It was so casual and we were having so much fun.
Eventually, I rolled off the bed and fell on the floor. Dan got up quickly to see if I was okay.
"You alright?" He chuckled, looking over the edge of the bed. He saw me, and I was laughing very hard. We were drunk on happiness, not caring about anything but each other.
"Can I give you my present now?" Dan asked, pulling me up by my arm. I nodded, still giggling slightly. We had never done anything serious, and that was a very accurate example of what we did regularly.
"Here." Dan gave me a little bag. I took it, smiling at him.
"It's cute." I said, opening it. In it was an album, a notebook, a box, and a piece of paper. I looked up at Dan with confusion, and he grinned widely.
I opened the piece of paper first. It was a Dr. Who poster with David Tennant and Billie Piper standing back to back. It was cute; David was my favorite doctor.
"Thank you, Dan!" I smiled up at him.
"You haven't even seen the rest of it yet!" He nudged the bag a little more.
I grabbed the notebook. It was a plain notebook, but it was huge and had pencils and pens taped to it.
"You'll need one for uni. For script ideas." Dan explained. He always had my best interested in mind, and that's how's knew he cared about me so much.
"Awww!"
I took out the box. It was a box of chocolates, but all with caramel inside of them. I loved caramel.
At last, I took out the album.

She's the girl that no one ever knows- you know how it goes.
"Dan! It's perfect!" I squealed and hugged him tightly.
"I thought about the song, so I looked it up. The whole album is amazing." He rested his arms around my waist, mine around his neck.
"We should listen to it." I said, pulling away from the hug and going to find the CD player he had in his room. I found it and popped the cover open. I played the cd into the player and pressed play.
'Friday is Forever' started to play and I laid down on Dan's bed on my back, looking at the ceiling. Without warning Dan climbed up close to me on the bed.
We started to snuggle and we both fell asleep to the sound of We The Kings in our minds.
