It's been a week since that incident happened. Ilang araw na ang nakakaraan mula noon pero hanggang ngayon, sariwa pa rin sa isipan ko ang mga pangyayari ng hapon na iyon.

Since then, I've been imprisoned in this grand room of a hotel here in the Solstice Island. Wala naman akong mga bantay o kahit na ano pa man pero mas pinili ko na lang din na ikulong ang sarili ko dito. Mas gusto ko kasing mapag-isa.

Napalingon ako sa pinto namg marinig ko ang tunog ng pagbukas noon.

"Good afternoon Lyn!" Noelle greeted me with that sweet smile on her face.

I smirked at her. "Are you here again to make sure that I'm sane and mentally sound?"

"You got that right girl!" She winked at me. "But that's not the only reason why I'm here. Gusto ko ring kamustahin ka. Nandito ka na for almost one week pero hindi ka naman lumalabas."

Napaiwas ako ng tingin sa kanya. "Bakit ko naman maiisipang lumabas kung hindi ko rin naman maeenjoy yung lugar dahil sa mga problema ko?" I stared at the mighty fine view outside the floor-to-ceiling window of the room. "Don't get me wrong. Maganda ang buong isla, I can bet all of my fingers to that even if I haven't gone outside my room. Pero hindi ko magawang i-appreciate ang ganda ng lugar dahil sa mga iniisip ko."

"Sa lahat ng sclavus na palalayain na sa society, ikaw lang ang nakilala ko na parang pinagsakluban ng langit at lupa. Tons of the sclavuses wanted your position right now. Hindi ka ba masaya na in no time you'll be free?"

"How can I be happy if being free will leave Dan wounded?" 

"Are you still worried of him?"

"I can never be unworried. Hindi na ata maalis sa sistema ko na mag-alala para sa kanya."

I heard her sighed. "Loving can hurt sometimes, you know."

"But it is the only thing that I know."

We both stared at each other then ended up laughing at our antics. Somehow, the lines of Ed Sheeran's song matched my situation.

"Anyways, speaking of Photograph by Ed Sheeran, I'm giving you this." May nilapag siyang sobre sa coffee table sa harap niya. "I believe this is for you."

"Kanino naman galing yan?"

She smiled at me. "Sa isang kliyente ko na malapit nang mabaliw kakahanap sa'yo."

She doesn't even need to drop his name for me to know. This is the very first time she told me about daddy. Sa tuwing dadalawin niya kasi ako, wala naman siyang sinasabi na kahit na ano patungkol kay daddy despite my knowledge that she's Noelle's client.
