I nervously glanced on his direction. Kahit pa hindi na ako humarap sa kanya, I'm pretty sure that he's already there behind me.

And true to my words, he was already standing behind me looking at me with those murderous eyes.

"Dan..." I'm already freaking nervous with the way he looked at me!

"That's master for the weekend."

Oh fvck! Hindi ba pwedeng mag-lunes na?

"Hehe. Sorry. Master, napasugod po yata kayo dito?"

"Isipin mo nga kung anong ginawa mo nang malaman mo kung bakit ako nandito?"

Napalunok ako sa tono ng pananalita niya. He's too damn serious! Sigurado ako, asar na asar na naman 'to.

"Ano? Narealize mo na ba kung bakit ako nakatayo ngayon sa harap mo?"

"Nabili ko naman lahat ng mga pinapabili mo ha? At isa pa, sinong kasama ni Krisha sa penthouse mo? Bakit bigla mo na lang nilayasan si Krisha?"

"What Krisha and I have is none of your business."

I felt a slight pang on my chest when he said that. Their business is indeed none of my business. Truth hurts.

He glared at me. "Sagutin mo ang tanong ko. Alam mo na ba kung anong kasalanan mo?"

"Hindi ako pinanganak na manghuhula kaya hindi ako manghuhula. It's much better if you'll spill it yourself."

"Binabaan mo lang naman ako ng tawag. You know how much I hate it."

I sighed. "Sorry master. I stepped on the line again."

Hindi na siya sumagot pero nanatiling nakapako sa akin ang tingin niya. Sometimes, it's just too tiring to argue about things. Nakakapagod nang makipagtalo kaya mas pipiliin mong manahimik na lang para matapos na.

And one more difficult thing in our situation is that there are boundaries that I have to be cautious all the time. Pero minsan, gaya ng nangyari ngayon, I accidentally step on the line. It happens especially when you really don't know specifically what are the boundaries between the two of you.

Sabay kaming napalingon sa staff na lumapit sa akin. "Ma'am ready na po ang pagkain. Iseserve na po ba namin?"

Nilingon ko muna si Dan who remained serious while I was talking to the staff.

"Baka naman PO pwedeng kumain muna tayo bago tayo bumalik sa penthouse mo."

He stared at me with those murderous eyes. "Lagi ka bang dinadala ni Jacksenn dito?"

"No, this is my first time here. Ibinilin lang ako ni Jacksenn sa staffs niya dahil alam niyang padating ka na. You have this habit of scaring people."

I walked away from him and settled myself to another seat which is farther away from where he is standing.

"I didn't scared him off. Kasalanan mo kasi 'to."
