"Truth or dare?" I ask Jai. Jai and I have been sitting on his bed for the past hour just talking. "Dare" he responds smirking. I smirk back, "I dare you to run downstairs in your boxers screaming 'I'm a pretty princess, while I am recording you." "OK" Jai says stripping down to his boxers. I turn on the camera and follow him downstairs as he screams. "Go away" Gina yells laughing. We both walk back in to the room laughing. Jai puts on a pair of basketball shorts and sits back on his bed next to me. "Truth or dare Kayla?" He asks me. "Dare" I respond quickly. This will not be good. I think to myself. "I dare you to post a video on Instagram saying how much you love me" He says chuckling. I grab my phone and open instagram. "I Love Jai Domenic Brooks!" I scream. I then stop the recording and post it. Jai laughs and hugs me. "So how are you handling everything that you found out about?" he asks looking at me seriously. "I said I was fine a million times Jai" I respond slowly. "Kayla I want the honest truth" he says moving closer to me. "Honest truth? Everything sucks. I don't even know who my dad is, or if I have any other family members out there. What woul've happened if I never lived here? It's all so overwhelming" I sputter out feeling tears stream down my face. "You've gotta let out all your emotions, don't hold anything in. This right here? Talking about it is good for you" Jai responds pulling me on to his lap. "I'm always here for you" he whispers wrapping his arms around my torso. I wrap my arms around his neck and lay my head on his chest. "Don't ever leave me" I mumble slowly. He lifts my chin up "I wont" he says whispering in a low voice. I lay down on the bed, his arms still wrapped around me and I fall asleep.
"Wake up Kayla" Jai whispers softly. I roll over and see him kneeling on the ground in front of the bed. "We were going to shoot a video today. Would you care to help us mess stuff up?" he adds smiling. "You know that's exactly what I want to do" I say throwing the blankets off of me. I grab a pair of shorts and a tanktop and get dressed while Jai puts on a pair of basketball shorts and a sweatshirt. "Let's go" Jai says throwing me over his shoulder. I laugh and smack him on his back until he puts me down by the front door. "Bye mum!" we all yell as we walk out the door. "What video are we doing today?" I ask once we start walking. "We are going to do a video with Baby Annabelle" Jai answers wrapping his arm around my waist. "Oh dear God" I say laughing. "Exactly. It's going to be sick" Beau yells taking Baby Annabelle out of his pocke. He runs over behind a tree and grabs a baby stroller and he places Annabelle in the stroller awkwardly. "Let's Go!" Skip yells running. I take the camera and start to record all the stupid stuff they do.
After some time filming, we all decide to grab a quick bite to eat. We stop at a new resteraunt and order our food. "Hey can we get a picture with you guys?" someone asks standing next to Beau. "Will you take the picture Kay?" Jai asks smiling. "Of course" I respond taking the girls phone and snapping a few pictures with her and the guys. "Thanks guys" she says walking away. "Aw you guys are so cute with your fans" I say smiling. Beau chucks a fry at me "They're ours" he says chuckling. "You guys are honestly the best" I say throwing a fry at Beau which he catches in his mouth. "Um guys" I say after we finish our food. "What?" Luke asks. I point out the window and there are lots of girls running towards the resteraunt. "I'm going out there" Beau says placing the money for the food on the table. Beau, James, Skip and Luke all run out the door and start taking pictures with the fans. "Let's go" Jai says grabbing my hand. "Fine" I say following him out the door. "It's Jai you guys" a girl yells and soon everyone crowds us. When Jai isn't paying attention I slip away back in to the resteraunt. "Hard dating a Brooks isn't it?" a girl asks behind me. "What are you talking about?" I ask annoyed. "All of us know that you are hooking up with Jai just for the fame so stop" she snarls stepping towards me. "First of all, I've been friends with the guys since we were 3 so why would I date him for fame? Second of all, don't real Janoskianators want the guys to be happy?" I ask annoyed. The girl swings at me but I grab her wrist. "As I said, I've been friends with the guys since I was 3" I say pushing her backwards. "Stay away from him" she yells jumping on top of me. I turn around and punch her in the gut. I go to hit her again but she smacks my head against the table. I see Jai run towards me but I don't see if he reaches me or not because my vision blurs and everything goes black
