"Can you stop?" I snapped angrily. "What?" Jai questioned with an evil smirk on his face. "You're really annoying me" I scoffed. "Gina is here!" Mum exclaimed. "Gina! Jai is being mean to me!" I smirked at Jai before running down the stairs. Before I made it to Gina Jai tackled me to the floor. "Jai Domenic Brooks!" Gina shouted but I could hear amusement in her voice. "Now what is this all about?" Mum questioned coming in to the living room with Gina behind her. "She's mad at me because I know something she doesn't want anyone to know" Jai stated matter of factly. "Not even your best friends?" Mum questioned shocked. "Exactly what I said!" Jai screamed. Gina slapped him in the back of his head. "Ow" he mumbled rubbing the now sore spot.
"So you and beau huh?" Jai whispered in my ear before winking and walking away.

There wasn't anything going on between Beau and I. The thing was, I hadn't had my first kiss, Beau hadn't either he wanted to get a girlfriend and he wanted his first kiss. He asked me and I didn't want to let him down. That's what Jai walked in on.
"Hey" Jess beams when she waltzes in to my room. "What?" I question curling my hair. "You excited?" Nat asks. "Can I just be left alone?" I yell annoyed. The girls look taken aback but walk away. I instantly felt bad but knew I had to finish getting ready for my one year with Aiden tonight. I apply some makeup and pull out my red dress. I pull on my white converse and look at myself in the mirror. Pulling out my phone I take a picture and post it on Insta and Twitter. 'one year with Aiden tonight. I'm so lucky <3' Instantly comments start rolling in. I smile and follow anyone who replied positively.
"Hey" I smile plopping down next to Jess. She rolls her eyes and runs her fingers through her hair. "What?" I question biting my lip. "You act like a jerk to us an hour ago and the. Come down here like nothing happened. Get over yourself" she spits before walking away. My heart instantly drops. What have I done? "What's wrong?" I hear an all to familiar voice ask. I spin around to see none other than Luke Brooks. I jump up and wrap my arms around him. He squeezes me tightly. "Let's go out before your date" he suggests. "Let me change" I laugh gesturing to my dress. He laughs and follows me to my room. I take out my Janoskians hoodie and sweatpants. I go in to my closet and change. I put on UGGs and walk out of the closet. "You finally came out of the closet!" Luke jokes. "Such a comedian" I smirk taking his hand in mine.
"No way!" I laugh. "Yeah. And then Skip gave the grandma a lap dance!" Luke laughs. "Only skip" I smile. "And you heard about Beau and Kristina yeh?" He asks. "Mhmm. I guess things come to an end" I reply biting I tiny Ice cream cone. Luke nods and shoves his Ice cream cone on my nose. I laugh and smear ice cream on him. We take millions of selfies and I upload one of him kissing my cheek and me licking his nose. 'Best friends reunited' Luke smiles and flicks me. I hear cameras flashing and notice paparazzi taking pictures. "Let's go" Luke suggests and I nod feeling down. Our day just got ruined.
"You have 30 till your boo shows up" Luke sang in a girly tone. I roll my eyes and reapply some extra makeup. "You look hot" Nat exclaims kissing Luke's cheek but directing her words towards me. "I know" Luke and I say at the same time. "I was talking to my girlfriend" Nat smirks kidding my cheek. "You're cheating?" Luke gasps throwing himself on to my bed with his hand over his heart. "Sorry. We're in love" I squeal wrapping my arm around her shoulder.
"Hey" Aiden greets taking in my appearance. "Hi" I smile. "Be back not too late" Luke warns. "Bye Luke" I smirk. "Jess" I say wrapping my arms around her. "I'm sorry. Skip and I aren't on great terms right now but we are okay I guess" she mumbles in my ear. "Tell me all about it when I get home" I say kissing her cheek before following Aiden out the door.
"Why are we here I ask seeing the rehab come in to view. "You'll see" he assures me. I nod reluctantly and follow him to a back room. Inside is a whole setup. "I love it" I exclaim hugging him. He smiles widely and plants a kiss on my cheek. Weird.
As we eat, Aiden keeps glancing at me. "What's wrong?" I finally question. He gulps. "Aiden please" I beg searching his eyes but he won't keep eye contact. "I-" he stumbles. "You can tell me" I whisper. "I can't do this anymore" he says quietly. "I'm gonna give up one day and I don't want you to feel like it's your fault. Kayla I feel it inside me that I'm not going to be able to keep myself alive. One of these days I'm going to be gone and I don't want to be dating you when that happens. Nothing I try helps me. I'm going to kill myself one day. I cannot put you through that" Aiden admits. By the time he finishes my whole face is drenched. "You can't leave me" I whisper. "I can't help myself anymore. I'm enrolling myself in an advanced research facility to keep me safe for as long as I can stand" Aiden whispers. I nod understanding. I Give him a peck on the cheek and walk away.
