Ooo, I like this age for characters.

Interesting, I'm intrigued.

Background: she was raised on a farm in Japan and lived a normal life until it burned down for an unknown reason..but there was someone mysterious stopped there at the time of the fire the fire killed both her parents her younger sister and permanently scared her brother who later ran away and his whereabouts are unknown the government found her and she discovered that she had a natural ability for technology and with this she was accepted into a private organization and she soon became a top member but it was soon discovered that she has an unknown illness which was slowly making her blind and her bodily functions were becoming more and more unstable when she was offered the chance to have her old live back..but at a cost she basically became a Cyborg cause she had a cybernetic core put inside her it also stopped the disease from doing anything to damaging but she's stuck with it for the rest of her life
Hmm, interesting background, I think it's kind of dramatic that her whole family is either dead or missing but if it somehow advances the plot in a good way, I guess it could work.

Talents/skills: her left eye is red which is what she calls her "cyber eye" which allows her to hack into nearly anything with so much as a glance she's a highly skilled fighter who often uses a mixture of technology and close Quarter fighting to take out her opponents
I think the cyber eye is a bit over the top, but it could work if written correctly. Also, how is she a highly skilled fighter, she grew up on a farm.

Significant Other: none

Appearance: her regular eye is hazel while her hair is a dark brown she wears a light purple hood and uniform with a dark green skirt and her uniform has dark green patches she also wears black combat boots

Distinguishing Features: other then her color of her clothes the only thing that stands out with her is her red eye

Emotion/Logic: she tends to be more logical then emotion as she can be a blank slate at times so..20% emotion and 80% logic
That'll be some pretty interesting decision making.

Strength: her hacking ability she's a very good shot with a gun and very skilled in close combat
... so, she's good at combat and with a hun and hacking? That's... a lot.

Weaknesses: she can be over reliant on her eye and she can get over confident at times also emp 's also have an effect as they will hurt her eye and hurt her as well

Extra Notes: her brother is also an enhanced human who has the power over fire and goes by the name of Nova

Constructive Criticism: Personally, I'd change how she's good at combat. It doesn't make sense with her background, even if she was trained in whatever organization she was involved in. I also think it's a bit dramatic that her parents were killed, but like, I'm assuming it's a fantasy book, so I guess it could work.
