Fandom: the Hunger Games
Ooo, I haven't reviewed this fandom yet!

Name: June Prescott
I like her name, it's simple!

Plot: June Prescott, District Three, was 18 when she was reaped for the 72nd Hunger Games. She outsmarted the other tributes (I don't want to say too much about how, because of spoilers), which helped her win the games. June was later reaped for the 3rd Quarter Quell, and was in on the rebel plan during these games. June, along with Johanna, Peeta, and Enobaria, was captured by the Capitol after the Quell.
I LOVE THIS PLOT. And I'm glad you made sure she was from a rebellious district!

Age: 18 when she is in her first Hunger Games (the 72nd Games), 21 in Catching Fire, turns 22 in Mockingjay.
Ooo, age changes.

Race: Caucasian

Background: June was born on June 1st, at 12:01 PM, which is what inspired her name to be June. She has a twin brother, Malcolm, who was born fifteen minutes before her, making them have different birthdays. She has an older sister named Meredith, who is married with a young daughter. June grew up relatively financially stable because her parents had good jobs as engineers, however she was no where near as well off as people in career districts or the Capital.
THAT'S MY BIRTHDAY TOO. Yeah, I'm glad you made her background realistic.

Talents/skills: Is being smart a talent or skill? June's intelligence is a huge asset in the games and the rebellion. She is also in good shape athletically, and she takes up running as a hobby after her games. Once she is rescued from the Capitol and comes to  District 13, June trains and becomes skilled with a gun.
I like how at first she wasn't skilled with a gun, but becomes so with training. I love development like that, most people forget about it. Props to you!

Sexuality: Straight

Friends: Canon characters she is friends with consists mainly of Johanna Mason & Finnick Odair. She is close with Beetee, who was her mentor (she is from District Three.) she is also friendly with some other victors, such as Haymitch Abernathy and Mags. Eventually, she becomes friends with Katniss & Peeta. Her OC friends consist of her twin brother Malcolm, and older sister Meredith. Her best school friend is a girl named Beth. She is also friends with her neighbor/

Malcolm's best friend, Cayden. When she was younger, she had a crush on him, but grew out of it. After she wins her games, Cayden tries to pursue a romantic relationship with her, but she rejects him. In her games, June ally's with the male tribute from District 7, a 16 year old named Lincoln. His death pushed her over the edge, at first making her feel empty and not caring anymore. But after another near brush with death, June decided she wasn't going to let the Capital take anymore from her. She immediately became determined to win the games to prove the people who doubted her wrong, and for Lincoln.
Aww, poor baby :( I miss Lincoln, haha, I get attached to characters when other characters do too lol.

Significant other: Finnick Odair. She met him right before her first games, where he was a mentor to tributes from 4. After June won, they become friends, and this friendship eventually developed into something more.
Oh nice.

Appearance: June is around 5'5 in height. She has dark brown hair, that used to go down a little bit past her chest, but she later cut it to just above her shoulders. She has hazel eyes & a few freckles, and is very pretty. She has several scars from her games, including one on the side of her forehead when a knife was thrown at her, and it grazed her face. Her hands also have scars from severe burns in her games. She has several birthmarks, the most noticeable one on her left elbow. June used to have lots of acne, but Capital products fixed her skin for television. My faceclaim for her is Adelaide Kane.
Pretty!

Distinguishing features: June is very pretty, although she doesn't flaunt it. Some of her more distinguishing features would be her naturally straight and long hair, a feature envied by the Capitol. Many Capitol citizens were upset when June cut it, something that satisfied June.
@ ME DOING THINGS OUT OF SPITE

Habits: June tends to rub her thumb and pointer finger together whenever she is nervous or deep in thought.
Cute habit! Try not to make it blatantly obvious when you add it in though! It may sound strange to be like, "She began to rub her thumb and pointer finger together." Maybe just slide it in somewhere. I know that you might know all this, but it's just a precaution :)

Mental illnesses*: Like most victors, she suffers from PTSD after her games.
Ok. Here's the deal with this. I have no problem against this whatsoever, but you better freaking write it right. I don't want stereotypical PTSD things. I want research. Don't romanticize this illness please, my uncle has it. It's not pretty. It's not beautiful. It's ugly and a hindrance to normal life and I don't want it added for romantic effect so someone can come along and "fix" it. That would be disgusting and insulting to everyone who has it.

Self confidence level: On a scale of 1-10, I would say a 7. June knows she is smart and is confident in her abilities. However, she isn't arrogant or condescending.

Ruled by emotion/logic or a mix: June is incredibly smart and is perfectly capable of making good decisions based on logic. However, June cares immensely about people, especially about her family and friends, so emotion does cloud her judgment at times. Still, in stressful situations, June is often able to clear her head and make a logical decision. Overall, I'd say it's about 60/40 with logic being the majority.
Good mix!

Introvert or extrovert: Ambivert

Strengths:  incredibly smart, in good physical shape- she is a fast runner and has a healthy body. She is very logical,  and can make important decisions in stressful situations. June is pretty likable, which helps with getting sponsors. June also has amazing intuition/gut instincts.
The only thing I'd have a complaint with is that district three is the technology district, and it's not mentioned anywhere in her character. Is she not interested in it?

Weaknesses: June has severe claustrophobia, which can cause her to have panic attacks. She developed this during her games, where she slept in a cave, and some of the rocks collapsed, leaving her trapped in an extremely tight space until she managed to escape. June is loyal almost to a fault, which can prove to be a weakness in the games as the Gamemakers will use people she cares about against her. June also tends to wear her emotions on her sleeve, meaning she is sometimes unable to hide her disgust for the Capital. She also can't hide when she is sad or angry, though she often wishes she could. After her games, June becomes more closed off from her family, and has trouble opening up to them because they can't fully understand what she went through. This causes her to grow closer to other victors, especially Finnick, since they were in the games and understand what it's like. Also, June is unable to swim, which turns out to be a problem in the Quarter Quell.
All these make sense to me.

Constructive Criticism: My only thing would be for you to be very careful writing her PTSD or get rid of it completely, if you feel like you can't write it correctly. I'm not calling you out specifically, I've literally done this with anyone's OC who has PTSD. Please be very realistic with yourself. If you think you can't write it well. Please don't.

Another thing would just be the technology part. I don't really see it mentioned in her character but it's not too big of a thing.

Intrigue: 93%
