Fandom: Harry Potter, Cursed Child Era. Second Gen

Name: Ryu Hye-ri (commonly called: Hyeri)

Plot: (still in development) the non-specifics! Hyeri is sorted into Slytherin and is still figuring out what the heck is going on. She meets Louis in the library when Scorpius asks Hyeri for help on homework (a few years after she figures out what the heck is going on) and Albus asks Louis. The two begin having a rather distant friendship for a month. After a party the two become much closer. (Not giving away anymore spoilers)

Age: starts at 11, end: tbd. (Most likely 17)

Race: Korean

Background: She was born in Daejeon, South Korea. Both of her parents were pure-bloods, and were positive their daughter would be too. Sure enough, when Hyeri was eight, she started showing signs of magic and her mother told her about the wizarding world. Unfortunately, there were no schools in South Korea. Hyeri's father was traveling for work and was in the wizard of world in the U.K. when he heard about Hogwarts. Hyeri was growing and her family was thinking of moving anyway, so they ended up moving when Hyeri was almost ten. Her parents were delighted when she got her letter a few months after her eleventh birthday.
My only problem with her background is that if she was born in South Korea, she would be going to the wizarding school Mahoutokoro at age 7, so you'd probably have to change the background around a bit for it to be correct.

*Talents or Skills: Her mother was a makeup artist, so Hyeri spent a lot of time around makeup and art. While on the internet she discovered things such as cosplay. She is skilled with doll makeup. Magic-wise, she has a knack for Astronomy and transfiguration.
Neat! I like that she's skilled with doll makeup, as most don't take an interest in it.

Sexuality: queer-stioning. She's not sure quite yet. She feels that she is too young to make a decision. If she were something other than straight, it would be unlikely for her to ever come out.

*Friends: other OCs- Harley Williams, Vivienne Irwin, Bryson Adair. Canon characters- she gets along well with James Sirius Potter, despite how rude he can be about other Houses, as well as Rose Weasley. She's met Victoria and enjoys her company.
I like that she's also friends with other OCs.

Significant Other: Originally, no. But in a story I'm using her in, Louis Weasley is her love interest. She was not created for the sole purpose of romance, though, and outside of that story she is single.
Cool! It's pretty interesting that she's single outside of the story.

Appearance: Hyeri has medium length blonde hair. She's pale, but doesn't look like a vampire. She has a rather average build- a bit on the thinner side- and is nearly 1.6 meters (she's 5'2").

Distinguishing Features: she has a freckle right above the top of her nose. She has thin eyebrows and a small nose. She also has random freckles across her arms.
Aww, I love the freckles.

Habits: Hyeri will twitch her nose when nervous. When she is bored, she tenses up the muscles in her calves. She also clicks her tongue often.

Oh dang. Just make sure you're representing it correctly and not romanticizing anxiety.

Self Confidence Level: Depends. When it comes to what she's talented at, she can be a bit over-confident (magic-wise). Back in Korea when she was younger, she had no confidence in herself when it came to mathematics.

Relatable.

Introvert or Extrovert: Ambivert, but to those who don't know her well she would seem like an extrovert.

Strengths: Besides what was previously mentioned in "Skills," she is rather good at archery and practices it in the summer months. She's also a talented reader and debater, but as good as she is at sharing the reasoning behind her side, she can be swayed easily.
Wonderful character strengths! I love how you've added to her character that she can be easily swayed.

Weaknesses: she can be swayed easily. She is also awful at classes if she doesn't find them interesting. Hyeri also has a hard time being away from her birthplace. She has major attachment issues and can be a bit too clingy. She tends to be a bit too much.
Clingy could be hard to write, make sure you write it well!

*Extra Notes: She's a proud Slytherin! In Korea, she would say she was 13 when she got her letter since the aging system is a bit different. Her favorite food is Bulgogi.
Slytherin for the win!

Constructive Criticism: My only complaints are what I've mentioned in her background. She should be going to Mahoutokoro in Japan, not Hogwarts. So I'd switch around her background to make it correct.
