Original Work
Name: Chae Yunseo
Plot: In an alternate universe lies the world of Han Pyeonghwa, a version of Earth where the asteroid/large rock/whatever you wanna call it that created the moon carried a mineral called "Sol" that gifted any organism that digested it supernatural powers. The humans in this universe have magical powers that they use for everyday life, as well as schools established to teach young mages (another name for humans in this universe) how to use their magic through necklaces called amulets.
Woah, I am absolutely in love with this plot. The world is peaceful after an international war that occurred two centuries ago, uniting the planet as one nation/country. However a threat looms over the horizon. Her name is the Enchantress, and her goal is to create a utopia where children are free from the influence of corrupted adults. However in the process, she is willing to destroy the peaceful era and destroy Han Pyeonghwa.
LET ME REPEAT. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLOT. I LOVE HOW THE ANTAGONIST IS WELL-INTENTIONED BUT IS DOING BAD. I LOVE THIS.The protagonist (Andromeda Beaumont) as well as her friends and family must band together to bring the Enchantress' existence aware to the public so that the nation as a whole can properly exile (and/or execute, going to decide which when I get there lol) the Enchantress and save Han Pyeonghwa.
Yunseo's role in this is the Informant. Since his father is a councilor, he often overhears a lot of information that can prove useful to Andromeda. He also helps by supplying Andromeda with elixirs and other things. In the fifth book, he becomes a main character in the story, who replaces a dead character in the party (think RPG battles where there's like a party of certain members to fight).
I AM SQUEALING, I LOVE THIS.Age: 15-20 (Protagonist meets him during his third year at September Peak, from then the story progresses until he graduates and goes to college)
Perfect age range, in my opinion.Race: East Asian; Korean
Background: His mother's whereabouts are unknown. His father is a councilor and he's spent the majority of his life under his father's shadow. Since people have always expected things from him he tries to swerve from these expectancies and find himself. As a result he has submerged himself in track, gymnastics, and Dragon Riding, as well as his favorite magical subjects: Elixirs and Enchantments, Santitatum Sorcery, and Dreamscape Tutoring. He graduated two years ago from September Peak Academy and is now attending a college on the Island of Athena (in our dimension, this school would be consider Ivy League). (The rest of his Backstory is kinda tragic and I don't want to reveal it for plot reasons)
Ooooh, man. I really want this to be on Wattpad.Talents/Skills:
- Very agile and nimble thanks to excessive practice and years of track and gymnastics
- Excellent with dragons; he's been in Dragon Riding since First Year so he's had a lot of practice
- Photographic Memory; he can't remember EVERYTHING down to the last detail, but he retains usually vague memories of almost everything he's experienced
YASS.- He can enter a second reality called the Dreamscape where he can manipulate human cognition; he's horrible at it though
Me if I ever had a special skill.Sexuality: Pansexual/Aromantic*
Significant Other: None, currently
Appearance: Yunseo is tall and slender, kind of resembling a cat. An animal, many compare him to. His face has a rounder more feminine shape and his facial features also take on a more feminine look from a far distance. His hair is auburn brown and reaches just below his shoulders. His skin is a mix between bronze and fair, and he wears makeup to hide what little acne he can't get rid of with his usual skin treatments. He has a crescent shaped birth mark on the nape of his neck that the protagonist comments on a lot. A couple of scars on his fore arm from Dragon Riding accidents.
I love him.Distinguishing Features: His long hair, the flower crown he wears a majority of the time, feminine face, crescent birth mark
FLOWER CROWN YASS.Habits:
- Eye twitch; When something manages to annoy him or anger him, his right eye begins to twitch every once and awhile
- Rambling; When he's invested in a topic, he tends to ramble a lot
Me.- Playing with his hair; he's always messing with his bangs
Mental Illnesses: Minor OCD
Self-Confidence Level: Pretty solid. Lowers when he's agitated or under pressure. He doesn't care too much about how others perceive him but others' words sometimes cause him to majorly doubt himself and his abilities.
I'm glad he has a good confidence level.Ruled by Emotion/Logic or a Mix?: 62% Logic, 38% Emotion
Oooh, ruled by brain, not heart, decision making would be interesting to see.Introvert or Extrovert: Many tend to say he's a major extrovert but he does hone many introvert qualities.
I actually love him.Strengths: His agility, ability to retain information quickly, and speed are solid strengths alongside his loyalty and trustworthiness.
Weaknesses: He's a bit of a control freak. When something he hasn't anticipated happens, he looses it for a few minutes before trying to relax and figure out the situation. He looses focus easily and doesn't cooperate well with people who interrupt him (he gets really snarky).
Me with the first part.Extra Notes:
1. Yunseo is Genderfluid. He goes by male pronouns a majority of the time but will change to female whenever he needs to, or if he just particularly feels like it. He doesn't make it very obvious when he's using either pronoun. The only difference the main character is able to pick out is that he wears a hair clip when he's female or wears a flower crown when he's male.
CUTE.2. He lives in a universe called the Mirrorworld which is an alternate universe where humans have magical powers... and the government system is different and stuff...
THIS BETTER BE ON YOUR WATTPAD ON I WILL YELL*I put Aromantic there because Yunseo often rubs off as a person who isn't interested in romance whatsoever, so now he hasn't really found a reason to find one, but he's open to whatever (pansexual).
Constructive Criticism: None, I love him.
Intrigue: 100% tbh
