What better way to spend my Friday then to write my paper for my English class. Doesn't that sound so exciting.

Yeah, no. I rather be outside enjoying this fall weather with my friends or even taking Angel somewhere, but I'm grounded so those privileges are taken until my mother says otherwise.

It's been a week since the argument with my mom and she has not said anything to me at all. Wasn't really expecting her to, but still it's awkward just walking past your mother and not saying anything to her.

So much tension is surrounding us that I choose to stay in my room when it's time for dinner and just starve myself until I know she's not in the kitchen anymore. Stupid I know, but it's clear she doesn't want to be around me, so I am avoiding her at all cost.

But she's at work right now so I don't have to do too much hiding.

It would be nice if I could just leave and spend the weekend somewhere else. We didn't have school today because of whatever reason. The teachers had to still go, but us students didn't have to attend. I would have enjoyed doing something else than this stupid paper that's not due until the beginning of December, but I have nothing else to do so.

"Mommy, I want." Angel said causing my attention to go on her. She had a minion popsicle in her hand.

"You're always finding something to eat." I closed my book and sat it on top of my laptop. "Who bought you this?" I know we don't have these in our freezer, so somebody had to buy this for her.

She smiled widely, "Shawnee, buy it."

"Okay, well you're not eating it in here so let's go in the kitchen." She quickly took my hand and led the way.

I wasn't surprise when I saw Blue and Sage chowing down on their popsicles as well. Sage was making a mess with his though. He had a SpongeBob one and it was melting everywhere, and he had it all over his face too.

"You're going to need a bath, little one. I'm sure you are all sticky." All he did was giggle and make more of a mess.

Speaking of mess, I just put Angel on this outfit and she's about to get all messy as well. I wish I had just put her on something simple, but I didn't know Shawn was going to be generous and get all the kids popsicles.

Before she went to town, I quickly took my phone out my pocket and went to my snapchat. "Look baby girl, mommy about to take a picture." She didn't give me a smile or nothing. Just a stare as she waited for me snap the picture.
