Josh's finger sank into the icy cold door bell on saturday night at exactly 7 pm. Sebastian pulled the door ajar and Josh stepped in.

"Good evening Josh. Mr Johnson requests your company while you wait for Chrisy."He announced.

Sebastian lead the way to the home office.

" Josh..." Horace greeted "you're so promptly on time ... Chrisy is always late so you may have a bit of a wait....but that's no problem, gives us time for a nice little chat before you go. "

Josh feared Horaces little chats. They often ended up sounding like subtle little threats to him, but he smiled and obliged never the less.

Soon after, Chrisy waltz in and commanded the attention of both men. The bright lights hit her model like features in all the right places.

Her golden platinum blonde hair fell in soft curls along her jaw and her creamy nude lips broke into a sweet smile. The legnth of her hair cascaded down the front of her gold blouse set perfectly atop figure hugging white ankle panty and golden kitten heal slippers. A gold neckless hung perfectly around her neck and her new golden diamond knobs sealed the look. Josh was speachless.

" You look beautifull honey." Her dad greeted as she entered. He embraced her gently and planted a tender kiss on her cheek.

As she stood there next to her father in that split second her eye caught something.

It was a file folder. One just like her father normally stored his case files in. But on the cover of this particular one it said 'Josh Rajaneish'.

Was that her Josh?

It could have been, but if so why would her dad have that?As soon as Horace saw the direction her eyes went he took up the folder.

Her two seconds of deep thought was over.

Nothing was going to spoil tonight for her. Especially getting carried away by her crazy imagination. She instantly dismissed what she saw.

" Thanks daddy.." she responded as Josh got to his feet.

He had brought her a single white rose and he placed it in her hands without a word, but the way their eyes gazed into each other was greeting enough. She brushed the rose against the tip of her nose and took a wiff of its clean fresh fragrance.

"Thank you..."she whispered nervously. "Shall we go?"

"Please..." Josh responded as he held eager hands out for her to lead the way.

Josh fumbled with the keys as soon as he had entered the car and Chrisy giggled playfully at his clumsiness as she sat beside him and waited for them to go.

"What are you doing..." she asked in between giggles.

" Did I tell you how amazing you look tonight." He asked.

" Twice..." she simply replied as she smiled at him from ear to ear, pleased that he had liked the effort she put in.

They drove off to meet the vibrant town. Lights glistened as bright as the stars in the sky. The sound of oncoming vehicles, chatter and music filled the streets and added to the exitment. The wind blew cool and quietly across their faces through the rolled down windows.

Josh made a left turn off the highway and into an adjacent street.

" De La Crouy!" Chrisy exclaimed as she knew it was the only restaurant through that way. " They serve the most amaizing eclaires..."

Her words slapped the exitment right off Josh's face as he heard her go on about food with names he couldn't even pronounce, let alone eat. "...and the creme brulee is to die for..." she concluded.
