Bellamy and Finn decided to visit the crash site. They didn't want Aella and Clarke to go, but they did anyway.
"They shouldn't be out here," Bellamy said, looking at Aella. She had been crossing his mind and, since she seemed so broken after her father's death, he wanted to make sure she didn't lose her mind.
"Clarke's mother and Aella's father were on that ship," Raven replied. "They want answers. Now, you dorks find me the black box, hard drives, or anything that will explain why the ship crashed.
"Stay sharp," Finn said. "Grounder retaliation for what happened on the bridge is coming. Just a matter of when."
"Can you blame them?" Raven asked, searching around.
"I can blame you," Finn told Bellamy. "Maybe if you didn't bring guns..."
"If we didn't bring guns, we all would've been killed."
"Why they're coming doesn't matter anymore," Bellamy said. "It's our job to be ready when they do. We're on our own now."
"Clarke, stop!" Raven shouted, stopping the blonde from stepping into some thick liquid.
"Rocket fuel?" she asked.
"Hydrazine," Aella answered, her voice sounding hollow.
"Highly unstable in its non-solid form," Raven finished, dipping a rock into the stuff. "If this stuff hits fire, we're all pink mist. Fire in the hole!" She threw the rock at a fire, causing quite a large explosion for such a little Hydrazine.
"We need to clear the area," Aella informed them before stepping forward onto something that crunched under her shoe. When she moved her foot, she saw, to her horror, she had just cracked a burnt skull. Her mental state was already deteriorating, but that was another level.
"Okay then," Bellamy agreed, taking the girl's hand and ensuring she didn't look back at the wreckage. "We move in formation, no straggling, weapons hot. We got to get back before dark."

"Where is he?" Bellamy demanded angrily, referring to Murphy. He stormed angrily into the dropship followed by Clarke, Finn, and Aella where a very beaten and battered Murphy was weakly lying down. "Everyone but Derek and Connor out now!"
"He claims he was with the Grounders," Derek said. "We caught him sneaking back into camp."
"I wasn't sneaking," Murphy muttered weakly.
Before he could speak again, Aella finally made her way over to him and touched his face, inspecting how tortured he was. She almost cried at the sight of him.
"I was running from the Grounders," Murphy finished.
"Anyone see Grounders?" Bellamy asked.
The small grunts of disagreement ended up sounding like a resounding "no."
"Well, in that case..." He quickly grabbed a gun and aimed it at Murphy. Of course, Aella jumped in the way.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" she shouted at him.
"We were clear what would happen if he came back!"
"If he was with the Grounders, he knows things that can help us."
"Help us? We hanged him!"
"You hanged him, if you recall, dumbass." And the old Aella was back.
"We banished him and now we're gonna kill him."
"Drop it, Bellamy," Clarke butted in.
"Clarke, think about Charlotte!"
