- I chose Aella's name from a Greek myth. I didn't want a cliche name, so I went with an ax-wielding warrior

- The first season two Bellamy and Aella kiss was during chapter 26, 13 chapters after their previous kiss in chapter 13

- I didn't want Gina and Bell to be together in my book because I figured Bell wasn't one to give up on their relationship easily

- Aella is a Nightblood and the reason as to how she is one will appear at the end of season 3 or beginning of season 4

- I started writing this in January-ish of 2018, I think

- I originally was going to save Maya, but that would complicate things so much

- I go through every chapter once in a while to fix plot holes. I think I'm all good on that right now

- I write most of my chapters after midnight to about 4 AM because I'm an insomniac

- I wrote this book because I read a lot of Bellamy fanfics (I'm a Bellamy hoe) and imagined different scenarios

- My faceclaim for Aella is Sophie Turner (which would actually fit Aella's age)

- I listen to the same Spotify playlist every time I write a chapter

- I have a plan for my character all ready for season 5, but I'm not there yet

- I wanted my OC to wear the pants in the relationship

- I may or may not have a plot twist for this season

- I've been recreating my own experience with PTSD for her but in a different scenario since I never got bone marrow drilled out of my body

- This book has over 4k reads, my all time highest record! Thank you guys so much!

- The main reason I took off a little time writing was because I was going to physical therapy all the time since I screwed up my back and it sucks

- I listen to the song "We Come Running" from episode 1 when I write chapters to feel nostalgic

- Aella and Raven would tie in a "who has the worse life" competition, especially when you see what I have in store for season 5

- I don't think I gave Aella a middle name. If I did, correct me and if I didn't, help me come up with one

- I think Jackson and Miller should've gotten together WAYYYYY before season 5 because they're perfect for each other. I will die for this ship

- I kinda made my character with a similar sassy personality to mine, similar strong and smart opinions of my crush, the swearing tendencies of my best friend Brianna, my stubbornness, and my empathy problems

- My therapist says I'm an Empath, which I think was from Twilight and sounds like witchy stuff, and that's where Aella's deep empathy comes from

- I kinda still miss Finn ngl

- Whenever I see 8-20 Wattpad notifications, I know that mikaelsonsalvatore has read and commented on a chapter

- In my demographics, I see I have foreign readers! Welcome and pls help me escape from the USA the tea here sucks and so do the people I know in real life

- I have a dry sense of humor and if you see me slip in a bad pun while writing, feel free to call me stupid

- I take criticism well. You are welcome to critique

- I made sure Dr. Tsing was about as bitchy as someone I know irl

- I write this on a $100 tablet-computer hybrid I got that was supposed to be $200 but I got it half off bc it's very broken in different ways. The keyboard takes about 3-5 seconds to type in a single letter and it kinda sucks

- I made Aella a strong character so I could read her adventures on my own and I oddly gained confidence from her. I hope my OC has this effect (or affect idk) on at least one other person

- The entire second season was inspired by a lucid dream of The 100. Idk how it happened (I'm nocturnal af) but it did

- I fell asleep in class and dreamt of episode 12 of The 100 for my character and had sleep paralysis. It freaked me out btw don't fall asleep in class
