The trio ran as fast as they could to avoid the wrath of the murderers that came down to Earth, one man quickly on their trail before he was ensnared in one of their traps.

He was screaming for help, causing Aella to almost sympathize with the guy before she grabbed her scoped gun and aimed it at his head.

"This isn't right," Madi said.

"This is our home," Clarke replied. "Your home."

"And they want to take it from us," she continued.

"That's right," she murmured.

"They don't have to suffer." She pointed at the man. "He doesn't have to."

"But he does," Aella breathed, her voice harsher than she remembered it to be. "We need to know who we're dealing with."

"Killing them isn't knowing."

Aella and Clarke stood side by side, scoped guns in hand, and they took down two men who stepped forward to help the man in the trap. They made sure the shots weren't fired at the same time as to not suspect where they were. That didn't work well.

Aella put down her gun, but Clarke didn't. She was ready to fire another round until her eyes widened and she grabbed Madi, trying to push her away before the blast from the foreign gun hit.

It hit them full force. It simply stunned them, their ears ringing something violent. Aella thought her head was going to explode, but it didn't. She simply laid on the ground, head in her hands, watching as Clarke managed to send Madi off on her way. If one of the three could make it out, Clarke and Aella already agreed Madi would be their choice.

Once the ringing cleared up, Aella began hearing heavy footsteps and began crawling away best she could. If she stood up, they'd kill her. Besides, they only needed to interrogate one. She didn't want to survive this long only to be stupid and get a bullet to the head.

She grabbed Clarke's arm and shoved her towards Madi wordlessly.

"Get up," Clarke whispered, refusing to let go of the grip she had on Aella.

Aella moved to stand up a little, but she felt pain in her side. She touched her shirt and found she had been stabbed with a rock. Out of all the things she could have been stabbed with, it was a rock she fell on during the blast.

"She's hurt," she murmured to Madi. "Kit. Now."

"Don't be stupid," Aella groaned. "Hide her somewhere."

"Not without you," Madi protested.

"I'll be fine," she assured. "I have a gun."

"We have to go," Clarke said, handing Aella her pistol and some bullets before she took Madi's hand and ran.

Aella continued to crawl a little before she lost her grip and tumbled down the ridge they were on, audibly crying out in pain. She didn't mean to do it intentionally, but she was glad she did. It took the focus away from Clarke and Madi, at least giving them enough time to find a decent hiding spot.

"This way!" she heard someone shout in the opposite direction, heading towards Clarke and Madi.

Aella sighed before she touched her wound and allowed a scream to tear through her throat so they'd find her first. She'd be the one to interrogate.

A man approached her and she smiled darkly, asking, "What are you doing in this neck of the woods?"

The mean-looking man kicked her in the gut, causing her to groan in pain as he did so.
