Bellamy and Aella were in their own little bubble of bliss for a small while and they stayed there until reality caught up with them.

Raven was doing well until she tried to move, so while everyone packed their things in the camp, Aella, Clarke, and a few wandering members of the group were staying with Raven. Aella held her hand when Clarke cauterized the wound.

"That should stop the external bleeding," Clarke remarked.

"How did Murphy even get a gun?" Aella asked.

"Long story," Bellamy murmured.

"We got lucky," Raven rasped. "If Murphy hit the fuel tank instead of me, we'd all be dead. I guess it's a good thing Murphy knew Aella and I are buds or he might've shot me in the head or something."

"Wait, there's rocket fuel down there?" Aella asked.

"Enough to build a bomb?" Bellamy continued.

"Enough to build a hundred bombs if we had any gunpowder left," Raven muttered.

"Let's get back to the Reapers," Bellamy said. "Maybe they'll help us. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, right?"

"Not this enemy," Finn responded. "We saw them. Trust me, it's not an option."

"There's no time for this," Aella interrupted. "Can you walk, Reyes?"

"No," Clarke answered for her. "We have to carry her."

"The hell you will," Raven disagreed. "I'm good to go.

"Hey, listen to me. That bullet is still inside you. If by some miracle, there's no internal bleeding, it might hold until we get somewhere safe. But you are not walking there. Is that clear? I'll get the stretcher."

Bellamy turned to Finn and mused, "Can't run away fast enough, huh? Real brave."

"Dying in a fight you can't win isn't brave, Bellamy, it's stupid," Finn countered.

"Spoken like every coward who's ever run from a fight."

"All right, that's enough," Aella interrupted. "It's time to go."

"What if they follow?" Bellamy asked.

"It's a 120-mile walk to the ocean. Look, we're wasting time."

"If he wants to stay, he can stay," Finn said.

"No, he can't. We can't do this without you, Bellamy."

"What do you want me to say, Aella? That I agree with this?"

"Actually, yes. I want you to say that you're with us. Those kids out there, they listen to you more than they do me. It actually pisses me off. They're lining up to go. Clarke and I gave them an easy choice, but five minutes ago, they were willing to fight and die for you. You inspire them, for some odd reason. We're probably going to need that insane devotion again before this day is through."

Everyone started packing up and Bellamy looked back solemnly.

"Hey, you did good."

"18 dead."

"82 alive. You did good."

"We did good."

She scoffed. "Please. Like anyone listened to me throughout this shitty ordeal."

"I listened. Sometimes."

"I'm flattered," she murmured sarcastically, throwing him a look over her shoulder. "Please come with us."
