Gibbs: you ready

Ziva was about to nod when tony interrupted

Tony: I'm still not happy about my wife being used as bait

Ziva: I got myself into this mess I can get my self out

Tony growled

Tony: fine if you want to get killed

Ziva: you will protect me I know you will

Ziva walked up to him and gave him a small kiss

Gibbs: right ziva your meeting ray in a dark alley and tony will be in a dustbin next to you of you need help

Tony: what?!?

Gibbs: it will be empty, basically

Tony: Gibbs!

Ziva: do you want to protect me

Tony: fine

Gibbs: lets go

At the alley:

Gibbs: ziva you good

Ziva: yes now shut up he is here

Ray: hello ziva how are you

Ziva: what do you want ray

Ray: you obviously

Ziva: well tuff luck I have tony now and 4 kids I can't go back now

Ray: we can run away and take the kids

Ziva: tony is their father

Ray: I can become their father

Ziva: you will never be a father and you will definitely not take my children

Ray pushed ziva up against the wall and started to kiss her fiercely. When he started to undress her the team had to act

Gibbs: ray drop her now

Ray: wow 1 NCIS agent and ziva

Tony: make that 2

Tony and Gibbs had there guns pointed towards ray

Ray: still not scared

McGee: that's 3

Ray: how many do you have

By now ray was almost completely surrounded but there was still another space to be filled

Jenny: that's 4 your now surrounded give yourself up

Ray: but I also have a gun

Everyone went pale they did not think he would bring a gun

Ray pointed the gun at zivas head

Ray: you won't shoot me now

Ziva: just shoot the bastard

Ray punched her in the stomach

Ray: shut up bi**h give me your weapons or she dies

Everyone handed the weapons

Tony: don't call her that

Ray: and what are you going to do

Then he turned his gun to tony

Tony: ziva run

Ziva did so

Ray cocked his gun

Then came the bang and one person fell and died
