Charlotte's POV
December 8, 2016
We were walking around in the mall when I saw a store by the name of Hot Topic .
"Oooh what's Hot Topic?" I asked inching closer to the store. "Don't know." Mia answered. "I've never been." Isabelle shrugged. "Let's go check it out." I suggested walking in.
We were automatically greeted by black brick walls and loud rock music.
"Wow." We all spoke taking in the environment.
"Welcome to Hot Topic!" Someone shouted. "Are you all looking for anything particular?" A girl with black hair, blue eyes and nose rings asked . "We're actually new here." Sofia piped up.
"Well you can sign up for our gifts by giving us your email that way you know about all the deals that hit the stores." The girl explained. "Cool." Kira nodded. "If you guys need anything just holler!" the girl said walking away. "Okay." we agreed and began to walk around the store.
"Guys look!" I gasped picking up a shirt. "They have Harry Potter Merch!" I squealed looking through all of the different shirts and jewelry in the Harry Potter section.
"They have Twenty-One Pilots merch too!" Mia screeched from another section in the store.
"This is like heaven." I fanned myself.
2 hours later///
We just about had the whole store on our arms barely being contained by the billions of items in them.
I got a Harry Potter Tank top, A Hedwig mug, A Twenty-One pilots shirt and a couple of bracelet sets.
We headed over to a frozen yogurt spot in the mall. I got Cookies N' Cream with Oreo bits on top.
We started walking around the mall and eventually we found a picnic table to sit at outside.
While I was eating the girls were just chatting away and I allowed my thoughts to carry me away into my own world.
I find it kind of suspicious that none of the boys said anything to me today.
A few days ago they were asking me about my birthday and what I wanted yet they completely forgot about it today.
A couple of minutes ago I asked the girls if they wanted to go back to the house to hang out and they all freaked out and said no a numerous amount of times.
See why I find this situation a little bit suspicious?
"Hey guys?" I piped up ceasing the conversation. "Yes?" they asked. "Don't you find it a little weird how the boys left this morning without saying anything to me?" I asked confused.
NO ONE'S POV•
Mia's face held a flustered look as if she was a deer caught in headlights.
"Erm..." Mia started scratching the back of her neck. "Yes." Kira answered and kicked Mia's ankle under the table to send her a signal. "Ow." Mia winced and glared at Kira who widened her eyes at Mia as if to send a message saying "Play Cool!" .
"Mia are you okay?" Charlotte asked having Mia take her eyes off of Kira that were once in a glare but now in a grin facing Charlotte.
"Yeah I'm fine. I just accidentally hit my ankle." Mia lied rubbing her angle and shooting Kira a sly glare.
Charlotte saw it yet she tried to ignore it.
"It's like all week they've been talking about it yet this morning the date had been wiped from their brains!" Charlotte threw her hands up in frustration.
