"You call that figured it out?" Rocket exclaimed, the 6 people were all in a circle to create a plan that was going to kill them all. "We're gonna rob the guys who just beat us senseless?"

"You wanna talk about senseless? How about trying to save us by blowing us up?" Quill talked back.

"We were only gonna blow you up, if they didn't;t turn you over." Rocket defended his terrible actions.

"How on Earth were they gonna turn you over if you only gave them a count of five?"

"I told you!" Astra exclaimed while standing next to her green sister.

"Well we didn't have time to work out the minutiae of the plan." Rocket defended himself against Quill and Astra. "This is what we get for acting altruistically."

"I am Groot." Groot replied to Rocket.

"They are ungrateful." Astra clutched her jaw at Rocket's comments.

"What's important now is we get the Ravagers' army to help us save Xandar." Gamora got back onto the task at hand.

"So we can give the Stone to Yondu who's just gonna sell it to someone worse?" Rocket pointed out.

"Once we have the Stone there's no way Yondu is getting it." Astra interjected while shaking her head no. "We get it so a secure location."

"We'll figure that part out later." Quill dismissed it.

"We have to stop Ronan." Gomora repeated, her voice was very worried and sympathetic, nothing like when Astra first met her.

"How?" Rocket was utterly confused.

"I have a plan." The Earth boy was very determined when he said that, even though he didn't have a plan.

"You've got a plan?" Rocket wasn't too convinced either. Quill hesitated before letting out a broken 'yes'. "First of all, you're copying me from when I said I had a plan."

Astra groaned and laid her forehead of Gamora's shoulder in an annoyed way. "No, I'm not. People say that all the time. It's not that unique a thing to say." Quill defended, a mixture of confusion and annoyance in his tone.

"Secondly," Rocket continued. "I don't even believe you have a plan."

"I have part of a plan!" He clarified.

"What percentage of a plan do you have?" Drax questioned him in a soft tone.

"You don't get to ask questions after the nonsense you pulled on Knowhere." Gamora shushed him while pointing a finger.

"I just saved Quill." He justified himself.

"We've already established that you destroying the ship that I'm on is not saving me." Quill got irritated.

"When did we establish it?" Drax wondered.

"Like three seconds ago." Quill half shouted.

"I wasn't listening, I was thinking of something else." He barely whispered.

Gamora let out an annoyed sigh and it was he turn to lay her head on Astra's shoulder who currently had her eyes closed, imagining herself with Natasha and watching the Bachelor. "She's right. You don't get an opinion." Rocket agreed with Gamora before turning back to Quill. "What percentage?"

"I don't know. 12 percent." Quill answered calmly.

"12 percent?" Rocket then proceeded to make the fakest laugh possible.

"That's a fake laugh." Quill commented.

"It's real." Rocket growled at him.

"Totally fake."

"That is the most real, authentic, hysterical laugh of my entire life, because that is not a plan."

"It's barely a concept." Astra agreed with him while she sat on the metal floor with her legs spread out in front of her.

"Your taking their side?" Quill couldn't believe no one was backing him up.

"I am Groot."

"So what, it's better than 11 percent? What the hell does it have to do with anything?" Rocket spoke with the tree.

"Thank you, Groot. Thank you." Quill pat Groot on the back, both had an appreciated look on their faces. "See, Groot's the only one of you who had a clue."

"Groot's also the only one of us who's eating their arm." Astra muttered, everyone's head then turning to look at the large tree man who was eating a leaf of his shoulder. Quill pinched the bridge of his nose as he looked down embarrassed.

"Guys. Come on." Quill got desperate. "Yondu is gonna be here in two seconds. He expects to hear this big plan of ours." His voice got quiet. "I need your help. I look around at us. You know what I see? Losers." Everyone shifted when his said that, giving him a confused and attacked expression. "I mean like, folks who have lost stuff. And we have. Man, we have. All of us." He spoke. "Our homes. Our families. Normal lives. And usually life takes more than it gives. But not today. Today, it's given us something. It has given us a chance."

"To do what?" Drax wondered, sounding hopeless.

Quill looked over at him, a look of nobility on his face. "To give a shit. For once. Not run away." It continued to stay quiet as he continued. "I for one am not gonna watch Ronan wipe out billions of innocent lives."

"But, Quill." Rocket spoke up hopelessly. "Stopping Ronan, it's impossible. You're asking us to die."

"Yeah, I guess I am." Quill realized and walks out of the little circle disappointedly.

"Quill." Gamora spoke up, waiting until he tuned back around to look at her. "I have liven most my life surrounded by my enemies." Before continuing she stood up. "I would be grateful to die among my friends, and family." She added, giving Astra a short smile.

"You are an honorable man, Quill." Drax stood up as well. "I will fight beside you. And in the end," He smiled both sadly and hopefully. "I will see my wife and daughter again."

"I am Groot." Groot stood as well, joining the other three.

"Here's my cue." Astra spoke after, standing with them. "We're going to live, guys. There's a future here."

They all turned to Rocket, who was the only one let sitting with a look where he questioned their sanity. He looked around at all their hopeful faces, then signed to himself as he gave in. "Oh what the hell? I don't got that long a life span anyway." He lifted himself to stand onto of the crate he was previously sitting on. "Now I'm standing. Y'all happy? We're all standing up now." He grumbled. "Bunch of jackasses, standing in a circle."
