Moments later the disturbing conversation with Drax and Peter, the alarm began blaring though out the ship, the Guardians all taking their seat in the cockpit.

"That's weird. We've got a Sovereign fleet approaching from the rear." Peter informed while tapping the screen.

"Why would they do that?" Gomora wondered, taking her seat beside her sister and buckled in.

"Probably because Rocket stole some of their batteries." Drax answered calmly.

"Dude!" Rocket scolded like a child getting ratted out to his mom.

"Right." Drax realized his mistake and covered it up terribly. "He didn't steel some of those. I don't know why they're after us. What a mystery this is."

"Rocket, I'm gonna-!" Astra threatened him angrily and then got cut off by the sudden jet of the ship to avoid a blast in their direction. Peter sped the ship faster and swerved to get the fleet off their trail.

"What were you thinking?" Peter scolded while he also tried to steer the ship.

"Dude, they were really easy to steel." The raccoon made it seem like a dumb question.

"That's your defense?" The green girl asserted from the back chair.

"Come on! You saw how that High Priestess talked down to us. Now I'm teaching her a lesson!"

"I din't realize your reason was altruism." Astra spoke sarcastically. "It's really a shame the Sovereign have mistaken your intentions and they're trying to kill us."

"Exactly!" Rocket sang like it was obvious.

"I was being sarcastic!" She exclaimed.

"Oh no! You're supposed to use a sarcastic voice. Now I look foolish." Rocket just now understood. His tiny arm flew around to be dramatic.

"Can we put the bickering on hold until after we survive this massive space battle." Gamora spoke up.

"Don't worry, my visions go past this event, we'll survive." Astra assured them.

"Then tell us what we have to do." Rocket yelled.

"I don't know!" She yelled back and the ship made a rattling noise. "They only things I remember are about 5 seconds long. But if we get killed I'm coming for you guys in the afterlife."

"More incoming." Peter warned as the fleet came straight for them from the front.

"Good! I wanna kill some guys." Rocket grinned before he yelled along with the rhythm of shots being fired at the ships.

"You're not killing anyone. All those ships are remotely piloted." Gamora scoffed.

Another shot hit the ship, shaking it and Astra gripped on the arm of her chair to keep still. "What's the nearest habitat planet?" Quill wondered.
