There were many nights Sowon woke up from nightmares of that horrific night with a cold sweat. She dreamed about him, every night. It was one of the biggest losses in her life. He was one of the only males she had ever grew up with. They took care of each other at a very young age. They weren't just friends, they were like family.
She hadn't just lost a fellow wolf that night, but she also lost her brother. She woke up screaming sometimes, screaming for Jae to wake up. To just open his eyes, to take one more breath, to stay. She was begging him to take one more breath, but even she couldn't breathe.
Eunbi was healing well and so was Umji. Yuju was still unable to get out of bed because of all her broken bones. She was healing faster than the average person but it would still take some time for a major injury like that to heal. Umji and Eunha would switch turns taking care of Yuju.
Eunha was doing fine too. Her stomach was a lot better, it was almost completely healed. She still hadn't talked to Sowon since that night. It wasn't just because Sowon wanted space, she couldn't forgive herself for what she did to Eunha. It didn't matter anyways, Sowon and Eunha were no longer to be in contact after Eunha's mother found out that Sowon hurt her.
Her mother didn't know how Sowon hurt her, she had never seen the wound nor did she know that her daughter was a monster, but she could always hear Eunha crying in her room, begging for Sowon to come back to her. She even made Eunha enroll at a different school. Eunha was already practicing to sign up for the tennis team. She didn't think she would be captain after seeing all the girls play like professionals.
"Eunbi! Hey!" Eunbi felt the young girl's hands wrap around her body from behind. She turned around and found her new friend, Cao Lu.
"Hey. So I got all the stuff we need for the project but I couldn't find the black letters." Eunbi frowned. It was the beginning of the year and the teacher already had the class doing a group project.
"That's fine. Maybe we can use white or pink?" She suggested.
"No it won't work. We planned on black, it was going to look great and match better." Eunbi rolled her eyes. Her suggestion was stupid in Eunbi's opinion.
"Aw my poor baby, she can't change just a little part of a project. I love a woman who sticks to her words." She kissed Eunbi's forehead and sprinted to her class.
"Who was that?" Eunbi was startled when she felt another hand grab hers, but it was only Umji.
"Just a friend. You should meet her, she's a really nice person." Eunbi smiled at Umji.
"She looks nice. Can I come over tonight?" Umji watched the girl walk down the hall, she hoped Eunbi wasn't catching feelings for another girl.
"I can't tonight. I have a group project that I have to finish." Eunbi pouted.
