Once Eunbi stepped out of the car she was ready for a storm; her mother. Eunbi knew that if she didn't have a good explanation then she'd be dead meat. Eunbi extended her arm to knock on the door but suddenly the door flung open and her mom stood there more furious than ever.

"Hwang Eunbi." Her mother said through gritted teeth. Eunbi would be lying if she said her mother wasn't scary right now.

"...yes?" Eunbi said in the cutest voice possible.

"You are in so much trouble. Where have you been?! What were you doing?! Did something happen to you?! I've been worried sick! I haven't slept! I even went to the police station for you! And what are you wearing?!" Eunbi couldn't help but laugh at the last question. Her mother stared angrily at Eunbi for laughing but soon she couldn't hold back her laughter either. Eunbi spread her arms out wide and hugged her mother. Her mother couldn't stay mad at Eunbi.

"I'm sorry. I was with my friends I swear." Eunbi was partly telling the truth.

"I don't know if I should ground you or not." Eunbi pulled away with a frown.

"I really didn't do anything wrong. We were just hanging out, I swear." Eunbi stared deeply into her mother's eyes. She could never say no to the look Eunbi was giving her.

"I will decide how I'm gonna punish you tomorrow, but for now I want you to get some rest." Mrs. Hwang kissed Eunbi's forehead and made her way upstairs. The first thing Eunbi did after her mother was out of sight was call Sowon to make sure she's home and safe.

"Sowon are you home?" Eunbi didn't even wait for Sowon to say hi once she answered the phone.

"Yeah." Sowon sounded sad and confused.

"What about the others? Umji is okay, right?" Eunbi sounded more worried about Umji than anybody else, little did she know Sowon is the one she needs to worry about the most right now.

"Can we talk in person tomorrow?" Sowon suddenly asked, leaving Eunbi's question unanswered.

"Sure, I actually have something important I need to talk about with you in person too. Anyways, is Umji okay?" Eunbi asked again, this time more anxiously than before.

"She's fine." Sowon's voice cracked. It sounded like she was about to cry, and Eunbi was aware.

"Sowon are you-"

"I have to go." Sowon said anxiously and hung up on Eunbi. Eunbi gripped her phone tightly. She sighed and lazily walked upstairs to her room. She smiled once she entered her room. She felt like she's been gone for so long.

Eunbi jumped onto her bed and pulled the covers over her body. She was exhausted and ready to finally get some rest. She set her phone on her nightstand and closed her eyes.

                                  🐺🌑🐺

Once again, Eunbi was rushing to school. She always used her wolf speed to an advantage, that's one of the few reasons why Eunbi actually likes being a werewolf. Not paying attention to the time, Eunbi arrived a few minutes early. She stopped to take a few deep breaths before going inside to find Umji and the others.

Eunbi didn't have such luck in finding Umji, she actually found the girl she was hoping not to run into until after school today; Eunseo

"HwangB!" Eunseo waved her hands in the air while running towards her. Eunbi grimaced at the name she called her, only Yerin called her that.

"Uh...you need something?" Eunbi scratched her neck awkwardly. Being around Eunseo made Eunbi socially awkward, partly because they're strangers to each other.

"No I was just wondering when you want to meet up at your place, you said we'd practice some stuff, remember?" Eunseo smiled. Eunbi wondered if Eunseo always acted this hyper.

"Actually, we'll meet up at Sowon's place, she has much more room to move around." Eunbi wrote the address on a small piece of paper from her binder and handed it to Eunseo.

"Thank you, Eunbi! I promise I'll be the best person you've ever had to work with!" Eunseo hugged Eunbi then took off smiling. Eunbi was frozen stiff. Suddenly she was being dragged to an empty room.

Eunbi looked forward and immediately noticed who the girl is just by looking at the back of her head. Eunbi rolled her eyes. She wondered what Yerin even wanted to say to her. Maybe now was the time for Eunbi to talk to her about the wolf situation. But is she really willing to ruin her friendship with Yerin, it's not like they actually have one anyways.

"SinB..." Yerin whispered.

"What? Why are you whispering?"

"It's about last night."

"Oh..." SinB could tell Yerin seemed rushed just by the look in her eyes and her body language.

"Tell me why the wolf never attacked us. Tell me why you even ran off with it." Yerin suspiciously glared at SinB. SinB froze at the mention of last night. What is she supposed to say? What's her excuse?

"I don't know. Animals love me. It could be that I smelt like dog from being at the dog shelter earlier that day." Eunbi lied. It's not like Yerin would know if Eunbi was actually at the dog shelter or not, Yerin isn't involved in her life like she used to be.

"How did you find me? Why did that guy want me? Why did he want us?"

"I was just taking a walk and happened to find you. And that dude was probably mentally ill or something." Eunbi came up with everything on the spot.

"I guess. Last night was so weird, I just want to forget it."

"That's probably best." Eunbi turned around to walk to class but Yerin stopped her.

"We're good, right? Like we're still friends?" Yerin asked. Yerin was worried about losing Eunbi as a close friend, but Eunbi was honestly done with this toxic relationship.

"Actually, that reminds me." Eunbi set her bag down on the floor and grabbed something out of it. When Yerin saw what she grabbed she smiled, but what Eunbi did next shattered her heart into a million pieces. "Here's the friendship bracelet I gave you. I don't think either of us will be needing it anymore. It's clear to me and it should be clear to you, we're growing apart in many ways and I want to end it now before it hurts more when the end of our friendship actually comes, which is technically now. By the way, your mother told me you took the bracelet off a couple months ago and left it in the car. Remember when you swore to never take it off? I guess not. So please don't call nor text me. Starting from today our friendship is officially over." The second Eunbi grabbed her bag and turned around tears were streaming down her cheeks. Yerin wanted to reach her arm out to grab Eunbi but she couldn't move, it felt like she was out of reach already.

All Yerin could do was watch Eunbi walk away. She fell to her knees and clenched her fist, the bracelet in her right hand. Like Eunbi, tears kept rolling down her cheeks. She held her right hand up to her heart and whispered, "Eunbi...I'm sorry."
