"Would you like some tea? It'll calm you." Seoyeon's mother asked.
"What, like magic tea?" Umji asked.
"No, chamomile tea. Drink it."
"Umji isn't safe here." Seoyeon's father walked into the room.
"She isn't safe anywhere." Her mother responded.
"Well Cao Lu killed an Oni, doesn't that mean something?"
"I'm not sure how that was possible."
"Yeah, but she did kill it." Seoyeon remarked.
"Yeah, and then they killed her." Umji added. "Now I guess the only good thing is it looks like I'm dying too."
"Don't worry, Eunbi will figure out a way to save us. She always does." Seoyeon reassured her.
"I don't know about this. I just get this feeling that I won't be able to do it. We already lost Cao Lu, who will we have to lose next to end this madness?"
"I think we will figure it out, no one else has to die."
"Is it wrong of me to miss Cao Lu? Even though she did kiss my girlfriend?"
"No. It's good that you miss her, it shows that you're human. It shows that you're no monster after all. I can't imagine how Eunbi must feel."
"She's been dealing with a lot lately, but I think Yerin knowing her secret is what's really stressing her out. She's at home crying because of Cao Lu and Yerin. Meanwhile I'm sitting here drinking tea." Umji felt ashamed of herself. How could she just be sitting here while Eunbi was quite literally dying inside?
"You have to get better, Umji. It's different from Eunbi's situation. You are too weak to barely move. You can't even shape shift right now, that's how weak you are. The fox must've absorbed all your energy."
"I just feel bad. The pack needs me right now. I feel useless."

Eunbi, Umji, Linzy, and Seoyeon all arrived at the school. Seoyeon had her katana in her hand. They would finally bring down the nogistune once and for all. They walked to the garden which was covered in snow now. The door closed behind them.
"This wasn't part of the plan." Umji looked back at the locked door. She realized they were in a bardo.
The man in bandages walked out to meet them. Seoyeon got her katana in position while he summoned two Oni. "Everyone that is touched by a Oni sword will die unless Eunbi kills Umji." The nogistune smirked.
