"You and Eunha good now?" Eunbi asked after seeing them talking a bit more this morning.
"No, but we're getting there."
"Well, at least there's progress." Eunbi patted her on the back.
"I remember Umji." Yuju blurted out from behind them.
"Who the hell is Umji?" Sowon tilted her head.
"Umji, your omega. You bit her two years ago. You don't remember her right now, but I think I found a way to make you remember."
"What are you talking about?"
"I can't explain it right now. I just need you guys to trust me. Now follow me, and text Eunha and tell her to meet us at my car." Yuju grabbed Eunbi and Sowon by their arms and dragged them to her car.
"What's happening?" Eunha panted. She obviously just ran here from a far distance to get to Yuju's car.
"Yuju keeps talking about some girl named Umji. Do you know her?"
"I've never heard of an Umji before." Eunha shrugged.
"It doesn't matter if you don't remember her right now, I'm going to help you remember." Yuju rushed them into the car. She had never been in such a hurry.

"What the hell is this?" Eunbi pointed at the machine that had fog coming out of it.
"It's like a freezing machine. I'll need one of you to go in it."
"Oh, hell no. It ain't gonna be me." Sowon stepped away.
"Actually, I was hoping you'd be the one to do it." Yuju looked at her with hopeful eyes.
"Why me?"
"Because I remember you once telling me that an alpha and their omega or beta have the greatest bond, an even greater bond than a mother and her own child."
"So you're telling me this girl is my omega? I bit her? Then why don't I remember her?"
"The ghost riders took her." She informed.
"Oh, why didn't you tell me that in the first place?" Sowon now understood and didn't have a problem with getting in the machine.
"I'm not sure. We have to hurry before the ghost riders take the whole town. They have already taken over a thousand people."
"Oh, shit. Hurry up and get me in."
"You have to take your shirt off." Yuju announced as she opened the door, the cold air hitting all of them.
"I'm ready." She set her shirt on the desk and slowly stepped into the machine.
"I'm going to put it on the coldest setting as possible, get ready." Yuju began to turn a few buttons.
"That's really fucking cold." Sowon flinched when even colder air began to hit her skin. She crossed her arms over her chest, shivering due to how cold it was.
"It's supposed to be like that. Don't worry, you'll get use to it in a second." Yuju reassured her.
"Why does it have to be so cold?" Eunha questioned as Yuju closed the door to the machine.
"You know how they say life flashes before your eyes when you're about to die?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Well, this machine slows your heartbeat down at a slow enough pace that your body believes you are dying so life will flash before your eyes." Yuju explained as she intensely watched Sowon. She hoped she was seeing memories of Umji.
