"Let's all just calm down for a minute and talk like mature adults." Jimin sighed after Yuju and Eunbi decided to calm down.
"How do you know that she's sleeping with that guy?" Eunbi suddenly looked up at Yuju, waiting for a response.
"Eunha knows. She told me. Linzy has been dating him for awhile, but Eunha noticed that he was starting to act weird around her lately. One night he went on a tangent and made Linzy cry so she decided to call Eunha. Eunha followed him for awhile and saw him meet up with a girl. She only saw them kiss, and then she left. At the time, we didn't know Cao Lu. Eunha told me when she saw you were hanging out with her because she suddenly remembered her with Linzy's boyfriend and she wanted to get the secret off her chest. She didn't tell Linzy because she didn't want to see her hurt. That's all I know." Yuju explained. She didn't want to make Cao Lu look like the bad guy, but she really was, and so was Linzy's boyfriend.
"How can I trust you?"
"You're really that blinded? You know what? Just go. Nobody wants you here. I should've left with Sowon and Eunha when I had the chance." Yuju gave her a disappointing look before she went back up stairs to check on Umji.
Jimin and Eunbi sat in silence, trying to focus on the voices upstairs, but there were none. After a few seconds, Yuju came rushing down the stairs. She was in panic mode.
"Umji's gone."
"What do you mean she's gone?" Eunbi stood up from the floor.
"The window was wide open. I think she went out the window. But where would she go?"
"Back to Sowon's house? Her parents will be here soon, we have to get her back home."

"Eunbi you search around the house and I'll search inside while Jimin is looking around town. We have to find her before she gets herself hurt." Yuju got into the house through the broken window since the door was locked.
"Umji?" Yuju began searching in the rooms up stairs. "Umji I know you're here. I can smell you. I can hear your heartbeat." Yuju slowly walked towards the closet in the room, she knew Umji was hiding in there. She had already texted Eunbi and Jimin that she had found her so they wouldn't be wasting their time continuing to look for Umji outside.
"Um..." Yuju looked down in awe. That wasn't Umji she was staring at. That wasn't Umji at all.
"Umji?" Eunbi squinted her eyes. She was way far ahead of her. She looked weird though. She was just standing there staring at Eunbi. "Umji are you okay?" Eunbi hesitantly stepped forward. She could see Umji's yellow eyes and her claws waiting to dig into something, someone. "Why do your eyes look like that?" Eunbi raised an eyebrow. Then she remembered, the full moon. She looked down at her own hands and saw that even her own claws were showing.
"You lied to me." Umji got closer. "You thought you could fool me? Do you think I'm dumb?"
"Umji I wasn't trying to hurt you. I wasn't thinking at the moment. I'm sorry."
"Do you ever think?" Umji asked. Now it was her fangs that Eunbi could see.
"Apparently not." Eunbi chuckled, trying to hide her nervousness.
"This isn't funny."
"No I know, I'm just nervous, that's all." Eunbi backed away.
"Was I not enough?"
"You know that's not it. I was being dumb like usual."
"Lier!" Umji sprinted towards her. Eunbi turned to run away but Umji grabbed her hair. Her phone fell out of her pocket and she was dragged across the mud by Umji. The screen turned on and there was a notification showing from a couple of minutes ago. It was the text Yuju sent her but Eunbi never read it because the ringer for her notifications wasn't on, she didn't even know Yuju texted her. They were both in trouble now.
"Let go of me! You're picking the wrong fight, Umji. I'm an alpha!" Eunbi's eyes turned to a blood red.
"You're a cheater!" Umji pounced on her. She wasn't afraid. She was determined to tear Eunbi apart right now and right here. Nobody would think it was a homicide, it would look like an animal attack.
"I'm sorry! Umji I said I'm sorry!" Eunbi tried to kick her way out of Umji's clutches.
"You're not sorry! You're lying to me again!" She grabbed Eunbi by the throat and lifted her up. "I trusted you. I loved you." Umji dropped her back to her feet.
"I know you did. What I did was wrong, but can you please find it in your heart to forgive me?"
"Already asking for forgiveness? You're going to leave me for her, aren't you?" She got closer. She was getting angry again.
"It's not what you think. I'm not leaving you for her. I'm just leaving you. It wasn't going to work between us. We weren't as happy as you thought we were."
"You're lying to me again." Umji scratched her. "You were always lying to me." Eunbi took another hit to the chest. "I can't trust you." Umji was raging now. She pounced onto Eunbi and tried to tear her into pieces.
"Umji!" Eunbi roared. A roar so loud that it made the ground below them shake. Jimin, who was miles away, covered her ears. If she hadn't covered them then her ears would've been bleeding.
Umji was frightened. An alpha's roar was scary and loud, but a true alpha's roar, that was something different. It sent shivers. It made you want to dig a hole and hide in it forever. It was like death itself roaring at you. Umji scooted away, her clothes all muddy now.
"That's enough!" Eunbi stood up. "I said that's enough." She was towering over her. "You think you can beat me?" Her body was shifting into more of an animal and less of a human. "I'm the alpha!" Then there she stood, on all fours, angry and blood thirsty. Sowon wasn't here this time to help Eunbi from the full moon.
Eunbi was ready to kill her, but no one was actually standing behind them to save Umji. It was Yuju's cry for help that made Eunbi stop. Umji's eyes went back to a dark brown while Eunbi slowly backed away. There was a look on Umji's eyes, an instinctive look to save Yuju, but it wasn't a wolf kind of look to protect your packmates, it was a look of needing to protect someone who was more than a best friend.
