Sowon opened her car door, putting her bag into the back seat. She was going to wait a moment to see if Eunha showed up, but the likelihood of that happening was low. She assumed Eunha would get a ride from Linzy, but she waited for a few minutes just in case she did decide to show up.
"Can I talk to you?"
Sowon was startled when she turned around and saw Umji.
"Uh, sure."
"Did Eunha really mean what she said about Yuju?"
"Unfortunately, yes." Sowon gave her a sad smile.
"And you just let her do it?"
"That's not what happened. We are both to blame. Yuju wanted to get her mind off things, so we went out and had some drinks and we got carried away. We didn't mean for it to happen."
"Of course you didn't." Umji scoffed.
"What do you mean?"
"You never mean for anything to happen, Sowon. Do you have respect for anyone but yourself?"
"I've had enough of Eunha being a bitch to me, I don't need you to act like one either."
"Well, you know what? Eunha has every right to act like that towards you. You completely deserve it. I hope you're fucking happy with yourself." Umji flipped her off as she walked away.
"Well, that didn't go very well, did it?" Eunbi appeared behind her.
"What do you want now? Are you here to judge me too?"
"I wasn't going to, but now I'm actually starting to consider giving you a lecture about how to treat your own girlfriend with respect. You don't do that kind of shit, especially not to Eunha, you know she's emotional right now."
"I messed up, I get it, but I don't need everyone to keep pointing it out to me."
"I'm not trying to rub it in your face, but I do want you to realize what an inconsiderate piece of shit you are. Anyways, I didn't come here to talk about what you've done wrong."
"What do you need then?"
"Yuju said that her father called her and said that a boy saw these two guys make his parents disappear, he figured it has something to do with the supernatural world so we need your help."
"Does he want me to meet him at the police station right now?"
"Yeah. It's urgent."
"Can you have Umji or Yuju make sure Eunha gets home safely?"
"Umji is going with you and Yuju is taking Eunha home. I'll be at your house when Eunha gets there anyways."
"That's fine. Tell Umji to hurry up so we can go."
"I'll call her. I think she had to get something from a teacher." Eunbi began dialing Umji's phone number as she walked way.

"So, where's this kid at?" Sowon crossed her arms over her chest.
"He's in here." Mr. Choi opened the door to his office, closing it behind them and making sure the curtains were shut.
"I didn't think he would be this young." Sowon was a bit surprised when she saw a 9-year-old boy sitting on a chair in the middle of the room.
"Who are you?"
"I'm Sowon." She shook his hand.
"What are you doing here? You're not a cop."
"I'm just going to ask some questions, that's all. Don't worry." Sowon pulled a chair in front of him and sat down.
