"Eunha I'd like you to go on at least one date with this very charming young man and see if you like him or not. I really need to find you a man to keep you away from that other...man" Mrs. Jung was referring to Sowon but she had to make her sound like a man in front of guest.

"Is there another guy giving you trouble?" The other older woman asked.

"Hm? No I-" Eunha was interrupted once her mother stomped on her foot.

"Yeah he keeps following her around and everything. He is such a stalker. He even tried to do the nasty with her" the woman both gasped.

"I'm the one choosing to have sex with her but ok" Eunha mumbled and made sure no one heard her.

"So do you like alcohol?" He turned and asked Eunha while the mothers kept conversing.

"Sure" Eunha answered, not realizing what he was getting at or what he was going to ask next.

"Would you like to go to the bar down the street and have some dinner and a couple of beers?" He asked with a pleading look in his eyes.

"Oh I really can't because I-"

"Come on please it'll be fun" he begged.

"Ok fine let's go" Eunha gave in knowing that he wasn't going to stop until she said yes.

"I know a place down the street with really nice bartenders" he said as he opened the car door for Eunha.

"Are they cheap or expensive? I don't have very much money at the moment" Eunha had a sad smile. She hated when she had no money to spend.

"Oh that's fine. I'll be paying for the both of us" he responded, his focus only on the road.

"Who are you texting?" He asked once he saw Eunha typing out of the corner of his eye.

"Just a friend" Eunha was actually warning Sowon that she was being forced to go on a date with a random man, but she forgot to mention that they'd be at the bar she works at. It was her day off anyways so she wouldn't be there, but Sowon hadn't checked her messages yet.

"That's what they all say"

"No really it's just my girlfriend" Eunha said without paying much attention to her choice of words. Fortunately he thought she just meant a friend that's a girl.

"Is she nice? Do you have any pictures of her?" He asked, not intending anything else besides wanting to see what she looked like.

"You're already asking to see other girls on our first date? Really? Like are you being serious?" Eunha acted offended.

"I didn't mean it like that. You don't have to show me any" He apologized.

"Good because I don't have pictures of her any way" Eunha lied. The lock screen on her phone was literally a picture of them together.

"Here let me help you" he helped Eunha get out of the car.

"I know how to get out of a car on my own" Eunha gave a bit of an attitude. She was probably just not familiar with these simple yet nice gestures because Sowon never did them.

"My bad" he apologized and let Eunha get out of the car herself.

"So you're paying right?" Eunha asked with a smug smile.

"That is correct. Buy whatever you'd like" he smiled as he opened the door for Eunha. He expected her to give him an attitude for that too but surprisingly she didn't.
