You followed the signal until you came to a large building. Okay.. you weren't sure what was in here, but you did know you had to be careful from here on. If this guy was with Harvey, you could NOT let yourself be seen. So, you had to be discreet. Fit in. Make sure there is no sign of Harvey around you at all times. You heard from somewhere that the best way to hide is the art of knowing how to hide in plain sight. That's how you'd do it.

"Okay James, I'm here... just outside a big building, I'm going to walk in." You said in a calm voice, composing yourself so you'd fit in. You heard Jim's response through the earpiece, smiling at seeing that it was working.

"Alright, good~ you know what you're doing. And don't worry about talking to me, lots of people there likely have earpieces exactly like this so it won't see, abnormal that you're talking to no one." Jim replied, and you nodded, mentally reminding yourself that everything was alright as you stepped into the building.

"It's busy... lots of people." You said, not specifying where it was you were talking about in case someone did overhear you. That way they'd have no clue what you were talking about. ... hopefully.

"Good. Keep following the signal, soon enough you'll find him.." Jim replied, so you headed down the corridors, blankly nodding to a few people as you did. However you kept your quick pace so people would think you were busy and not stop you. Eventually you came to a part of the building that was less occupied, each new section of hallway had less and less people. By the time you had nearly reached where the signal was emanating from, the corridor was empty. You slowed your pace, sneaking up to a doorway where you heard voices. You peeked through the crack in the partially opened door, seeing a man standing calmly with his hands in his pockets. He must be the one the signal was coming from. Good. You pressed your hand very lightly on the door, forcing it to open slightly wider so you could see. You took a look around, before gasping and jumping back at seeing a familiar face.

"It's him..." you whispered, out of sight of the doorway and hoping to god they didn't hear you.

"You found him? What's wrong, what's he doing? Are you hurt?" Jim asked, and it clued in he still thought you were talking about the random worker.

"No, it's Harvey... he's here with Harvey, and so is Marcus.." you whispered, before peeking in the doorway yet again. There was a silent pause for a moment on Jim's end, before he responded.

"Can you get in there? Or hear what they're saying?" He asks, so you peeked through the door yet again.

"I can kind of hear.... give me a second to listen..."

Marcus's POV:

Harvey was furious, he could see it. He was trying to extract information from him, but Marcus refused to give it up. Despite being tied to a bloody chair, the 12 year old tried to maintain his positivity. Alex knew he was here- he would have told jim. Jim knows Marcus has lots of information to release on him- and is likely worried about Harvey getting ahold of it. He's probably on his way..... probably.....? Probably. ...

"I'm losing my patience with you, boy~ you're going to tell me everything you know." Harvey growled darkly, and Marcus smiled up at him in response.

"And break the Adler code??? I think not!" He replied cheerily.

"What?" Harvey asked, in obvious disdain for the boy.

"The Adler code? Come on! Irene Adler??!? Every blackmailer knows of her, she's one of the greats!! I don't follow her Instagram, she kind of scares me with her profession but, her blackmailing!!? Heck! She's a legend!!" He quipped happily, immediately followed by a loud SMACK noise as Harvey's hand connected with Marcus's face.

"Bloody hell... stop going off topic you useless bastard." He snapped frustratedly, evidently he'd been at this for quite a while. Marcus seemed disoriented; teary, even. But nevertheless within a couple minutes he regained his smile. Harvey was more pissed than ever.

"You're going to tell me whether you like it or not. We have people here that will cause you more pain than you can ever imagine."

"Kinky." Marcus snorted, and Harvey growled.

"Bloody...... ..... alright. We'll get back to this later. ... but you can't protect your little friend forever. Sooner or later you'll spill. Now get some rest~ this may be the last time you can guarantee yourself waking up." Harvey threatened, but Marcus refused to sound phased.

"SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK!!!" He laughed, you could see the rage completely engulfing Harvey's expression.

"I'm going to rip that mouth right off his face and glue it to my WALL." Harvey growled to his worker as they began heading out of the room, leaving Marcus tied to the chair, alone.

Your POV:

You quickly fled from the doorway, hiding in a nearby closet and leaving the door open ever so slightly.

"I know boss.. don't worry. He'll tell us how to kill Alex soon enough." The man replied as they passed by your closet, heading down a couple more hallways. You were silent as ever, your head spinning. Oh my god...

"James, did you hear that...? She wasn't wrong.. Harvey is trying to kill Alex. But he thinks Marcus knows how and is trying to extract that information from him... we HAVE to get him out of there.."
