I do not choose the poison
They force in my mouth.
I only hear their voices
Coming from the south.They already burned the door;
I can't even run.
No point hiding anymore
When all's said and done.Liquid glistens toxic black,
Forced inside of me.
There is no way to go back-
I'm no longer free. The poison scrambles my mind,
Confusing future
With the dangerous rewind:
Everything's unsure.Poison always takes over
When it's the worst time.
I just want to be sober.
Is that such a crime?I can't stop the poison flow,
Never really could,
So now I will just let go
Like they knew I would.Don't say I choose the poison.
They control my mouth.
I always hear the voices,
Pulling me down South.
