When you think of a magnet
You think of attraction
Pulling someone in
Forever connected to each other
But magnets repel too
I may pull you in
Desperately aching for love
But then I need you gone
I'm attracting and repelling
Begging and denying
Pulling you in to push you away
But please don't leave
Just don't stay too long
Stay forever
But give me some space
I'm a magnet
A contradiction at either end
Leave or stay no in between
Magnets aren't romantic
They're painful and cruel
Magnet love hurts
Unsafe for you and me
So run far away
From this mess of metal
Before I suck you in
